We went to this restaurant a number of times , and it’s usually fairly good service. This last time Saturday evening was very disappointing. We waited at least 10 minutes on the car in front of us at drive through, and when we finally got to the window we were ignored. All we ordered was soft served cones. The one worker was just punching on her phone, and other one just stood around corner talking. I finally had to honk horn after waiting a couple minutes. They quickly came then and made the cones with no apology. I Will think twice before going to that joint again.

We've gone several times and every single time we order a spicy papa burger they always give us a regular papa burger. Literally Every. Single. Time. They have fixed the error, however it's insane that it has happened more than 5 times. We've come during the week during day times hours as well as late night hours so it's definitely an over all issue not just certain staff.

My Daughter stopped there today around 4pm to get a glass of Rootbeer. It took about 20 min. Knocked on server window twice all she got was the young man put up a finger like just a minute as three guys stood and had a conversation about a vidio game as she could hear them talking. When she finally got her drink the lid was not on all the way. 20 min. To get a glass of rootbeer. Sad!

I recently ordered food for pick up from this location and had an experience like never before. I am not one to complain about the service because I fully understand, but what I experienced left me very frustrated and honestly appalled. I ordered pickup for about 5 items of food and a drink, on Sunday July 14 which told me would be ready at 7:04pm. I always like to give a little extra time for the employees to make the food so everything is ready for pickup. I arrived at 7:15pm and asked for my pickup order. I was told there were no pickup orders a couple times so I reworded and specified my order was through DoorDash which seemed to help. They didn’t check back with me and the 6 coworkers in the kitchen spent the next 30+ minutes yelling, swearing, gossiping about my food and DoorDashers, and overall being very unprofessional in earshot of myself and other customers in the building. When my food was finished they tossed the bag on the counter and just yelled “DoorDash.” There was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation after the additional 40 minutes of waiting from when my order said it would be ready to when I actually received the order… and unfortunately my order ended being wrong with items missing after all that time anyway. The food itself tasted good, however, the manager on duty seemed very disrespectful to his employees and the employees appeared to not entirely know what they were doing given the lack of direction. Lastly I ordered 3 papas sauce and the manager said very loudly to only give one “because he said so” even though the coworker mentioned that the ticket said 3. Overall I hope at least a discussion can be had with the staff regarding their professionalism as it definitely is not fostering an environment customers would like to return to.
Kid-friendliness: This location is not kid friendly with the amount of swearing and yelling.
