“Took a road trip to Plain for a burger at Ring’s Bar. I told the bartender (owner) that we heard their burgers were awesome. His response was, “they are ok I guess”. If you are interested in gambling machines that payout, a challenging game of pool, being educated in a hand or two of eucher, or just to hear a little BS, you can't go wrong. As well, Sam's Place has great bar food, specially their homegrown beef burgers, soups, and fish. On top of that, Sam's food and drink prices are the most reasonable around. I wasn’t even camping there so they certainly didn’t need to help but they went out of their way. Campground itself is very well - maintained, would recommend just for the service itself.“
