Ordered the flavor of the day, but my scoop was basically vanilla. Just a small swirl of caramel, and no cashews. When I asked for that the person at the counter was super crabby and told me it was on the bottom of the cup (it wasn’t). She then proceeded to dump the missing items on my ice cream as if I was inconveniencing her. They were not busy—she didn’t need to be rude!

Food was average, bacon on my burger was almost hard and rubbery in a way. Staff kept giving us dirty looks as they would walk past our booth. Employees in the cook area were pointing at us while we were eating and also giving us crappy looks. Not even have a nice night as we left. It can’t possibly be that hard to be polite to customers….

For a faster food joint at lunch time, this restaurant was immaculately clean. The staff was unbelievably friendly. I really felt welcomed, like my order mattered to them. Not one person was on a phone that was working. Plenty of parking available

Easily the worst Culver's I've ever been to. Everyone in the area knows that this location is notorious for screwing up orders and taking unbelievable amounts of time to get your food to you. I'm not sure what's going on with the management at this location but it is absolutely abysmal.
I eat at Culver's all the time now since I found out you can order the beef patties all by themselves, at a great price!

Place was a mess food and garbage on the floor and tables food was not fully cooked messed up the whole order. My the bacon deluxe burger that I got didn’t even have hardly any burger on it. My other 2 bacon deluxe burgers had raw bacon on it. The teenagers working didn’t even know what they were doing. Definitely don’t recommend!
