Jay catered my wedding 7 years ago, and we still talk about how good the food was! Since then I’ve sought out opportunities through pop ups and classes to taste Jay’s cooking and it never disappoints. The food is always cooked to perfection. The staff is helpful, professional, and accommodating. You cant go wrong with Red Barn Catering!

We attended an event catered by RedBarn catering and it was all delicious! It was also beautifully presented and for a change from typical caterers, there was a delicous vegan/vetetarian option for sandwiches, besides just cheese! I loved it. Thank you to RedBarn.

Jay and the RedBarn team catered our wedding rehearsal dinner and send off breakfast this past weekend. Jay was helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. From set-up to tear-down, everything was planned and executed with precision. The food was outstanding, sourced with local ingredients, and really provided that “wow” factor for our guests. Absolutely delicious food! Highly recommend for catering for large crowds.I have found that many catering places have dry or overcooked food when doing large events. RedBarn was absolutely delicious and the food was cooked perfectly.
I recently attended the Spring Green Chamber Awards Dinner and had a wonderful evening but what topped it off even more was to experience for the first time, RED BARN CATERING! It was delicious, food was hot, and the staff was outstanding and super helpful and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful meal!

Jay and his team catered for our wedding in Muscoda this fall. The food was divine and their customer service and communication were top notch. Jay worked with me to develop a custom menu for our wedding day, and gave suggestions that I never would have thought of. All of the food was locally sourced, and you can tell how passionate Jay is, and it shows in the delicious food. Highly recommend!!
Delicious, fresh, imaginative and interesting food presented beautifully. Lots of choice. Really really happy with everything except the tofu curry dish which didn't give tofu a good name.

I was at an event at Folklore Village and it was RedBarn Catering. The meals were wonderful. Great variety and special consideration for guests with special dietary needs.
We were planning our Wisconsin wedding while living out of state, and were a little nervous that we wouldnt have a chance to try any of the food before the wedding. We shouldn’t have been nervous. The food was amazing. Guests were coming up to us raving over both the meat option (chicken w/ leeks) and the vegetarian option (ratatouille) all night. The owner, Jay was SUPER easy to work with, he was punctual, provided plates and silverware, and made coffee as well.Getting our menu figured out was easy, he had a lot of options (and included prices per serving of each option). Jay also seemed super open to working with food preferences and allergies (although we don’t have strict preferences regarding vegan vs vegetarian it was nice to have the option).I’ve had a lot of wedding food over the last few years and I can say without a doubt this was the best I’ve ever had.

We loved having Jay as our caterer. We had two guests with celiac and Jay was very knowledgeable about food allergies / gluten and was easily (and successfully) able to accommodate us. When we hit a small hiccup, Jay was very open and transparent with us about our options. Everyone loved the food!
Jay Miller has been catering our organization’s annual event almost every year since 2014 (except for 2020 and 2021), and each year his food has become more and more delicious. We held our event again this July and everyone I spoke with raved about how great it was to enjoy Jay’s cooking again! Everything was prepared fresh in our venue’s kitchen and all ingredients were of the highest quality. Jay is also extremely easy to work with. He provides price quotes promptly and is very flexible--this summer we were unsure of how many attendees we would have, and Jay kindly prepared three different quotes for us for three different levels of attendance. He and his crew always arrive on time and finish up on time, and in between turn out nine meals for us over the three and a half days of our event, every meal prepared deliciously hot and fresh and on time. I would never hire any other caterer than Jay and RedBarn Catering for our event!
