There was only a small amount of meat and cheese lettuce was gross. It was the worst Philly sandwich I ever had. The bread was left over from the day before hard as a rock. Will never eat there

Typical lax service. Slow time of post lunch period and still took most of 7-10 min. to get sandwich made and be out the door. One customer ahead of me, talking to another customer who already received his order. Two servers, both making his sandwich. One standing at the register waiting in his being completed, while the other takes his order. 3 min. later after he's paid, my sandwich is begun, while the other again attends to the register that's not going anywhere or even being rung up. Knowing that my Ham and cheese is the only thing I'm going to purchase, she still waits for it to be wrapped and delivered to my awaiting hand, before she rings up the order, again inquiring (third time) if I would be ordering another sandwich, or drinks, which I already walked towards the soda fountain and bottled drinks cooler, and returned empty handed. The good part is the sandwich is great and the over slathering of the mayo done against the wishes of the man ahead of me, (which I made sure was stated in a voice not to be unheard, but still politely) was not a reflex motion, which by the girth of the two ladies suggests they inhale condiments as a dietary component. The store is clean and the work area is not cluttered or even needing any replacements. A nice tidy subway in a very nice place. Spring Green is a wonderful little town, unlike its neighboring Arena which is something not a place I could ever want to call home. I toured both of these two places last summer with my thoughts on perhaps the idea of relocating. Too small and distant would be the only thing negative about this one, while Arena, was several miles closer towards Madison, it was not terribly unlike someplace I think of when I was in Kentucky years ago.

The staff was friendly and efficient. They kept asking me questions to be sure they got my sandwich right. The food is fresh and yummy. I got my lunch quickly and the sandwich was made just like I ordered.

The place is almost always dirty in one way or another. I've never been there when the floors aren't sticky. When you go in the store the subs are made decently considering you tell them what to put on it, there isn't a lot of room for error. I have never had an order from the app come correctly: missing ranch on the side, missing toppings, missing cookies, missing drinks, and the list goes on. The current staff, from my experiences, were uncaring and not friendly. I understand having a fast-food job isn't fun but they are getting paid to be nice and make people's food right and they aren't doing either of those things.

The lettuce looked horrible, like freezer burnt. I usually get a salad, but that changed my mind really quick. We ended up getting sub's and had to wait 10 minutes, no one said I'll be with you in a minute or anything just plain

Very friendly environment, staff listens to the customer, staff have no problems making any sub that they have ingredients for. I highly recommend this establishment.

Ordered 2 footlong subs via the app, we recieve 1 footlong and 1 6in. Had to wait over 10 mins for them to have it ready even tho on the app it said ready. Go back in for them to correct the order. They make another footlong, cut it half and give us another 6in. (The wrong 6") After making us wait for 5 other customers to go thru the line. Made us wait over a total of 35 mins for something they messed up in the first place. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and this performance was nothing short of awful. Will not be back and everyone I know will hear about it.

Today a bus of track and field kids and coaches came in while we were eating and the staff was very courteous and efficient in taking and carrying out all of their orders. Mine, my daughters' and my grand children's food was delicious too.

Got a sandwich, when they were making it I noticed the Lettuce did not look that fresh. When I got home I found some of the Lettice was brown and soft. I cleaned out the lettuce and ate the sandwich. So I’m setting here at 2:30AM writing a review belching up sour lettuce. Subway was one of my favorite spots to eat, but it is now on the bottom of the list, with a NOTE: Chips and Soda only.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! COMPLETELY INCONSIDERATE!If I could give no stars, I would.We went there and all the workers were ridiculously rude and indifferent to my children, my husband and me for no reason. We were the only ones there, being polite and it was hours before closing.When we ordered for pickup a different time, they messed up every sandwich or just didn’t provide what we had paid for.Would rather drive half an hour to go to a friendly Subway than the one 7 minutes from our house.
