Mooney's Rusty Horse Bar and Grill is the only place in the Village of Spring Valley, Wisconsin that serves food outside of your Basic Frozen Bar Pizzas which are OK depending on the Brand of Frozen Pizzas that the Bar has to offer and how long the Bartender cooks the pizza. In my opinion, a pizza is cooked properly when the cheese on top is slightly brown. Some Bartenders put the pizza in the oven, set the timer manufacturer's suggested 15-20 minutes, and never bother to check to see if it's cooked properly. If pizzas are the only food items that a bar carries then take pride in making it the Best Pizza Ever. Mooney's Rusty Horse Bar and Grill's Menu offers a variety of Tasty and Delicious foods that are cooked and or grilled to your liking and to order.
