Very laid back friendly atmosphere, this is the place I decided to stop in to after not being in spring valley for over 25+ years. Very impressed with the professionalism and politeness of staff. And the food, amazing! The cook even personally delivered our food!

Exceptionally unique experience! From farm to plate for real!
The lamb is fantastic! You can't get more fresh than this!
The service was awesome, we met the owner and the cook and they all made us feel like family. The art on the walls is splendid, my son bought a piece.
What an incredible place. I highly recommend paying this place a visit! There's even open stage monthly!
You can't get more welcoming than that!

Came here for lunch today. Waited for our food for an hour. Got told it was because we were behind two big tables. Mind you- when we walked in the two big tables they were referring to ALREADY HAD FOOD. People came in after us and got their order before us. Food came out cold, sent it back and it came out burnt after it was sent back. Was very excited to try somewhere new. Maybe it was an off day for them, but I just wanted to make people aware you may wait for your food for a very long time.

Great food! I get the sirloin steak every time. It is very tasty. I have had bites of other things on the menu too and they were also tasty. The best part of the Wandering Ewe is the owner and staff. So friendly!

Let me start out by saying that this place is a hidden Gem! I’ve lived here for two years and because of some townies and their biased opinions, I avoided giving Wandering Ewe a try. My first time visiting, I ordered the pizza. Thin crust sausage pepperoni. It was awesome! Closest thing to Chicago bar pies this far north that I’ve come across. I read a review from a disappointed customer after my first visit and it compelled me to write this and make a comment. Every time I’ve ordered pizza here it’s been excellent and the opinion of the reviewer, a fellow business owner in town, may be his experience and I’m not here to deny that. But I’m also not dismissing it as political in nature and somewhat of a smear campaign against a neighboring competitor. Give this place a try. There’s a lot of care that goes into everything I’ve ordered here and the people that work here are good folks!

Loved this place. Great menu. Open for brunch on weekends. Had the Reuben, kettle chips, mini tacos and Italian omelette. Everyone thought it was awesome. Great atmosphere-open the doors and had a great breeze. Highly recommend
