I eat here once a week or so since I work in town. The wait times are very long and no explanation. I sat at the window for 14 minutes after I paid and the lady said sorry was a mix up here's some extra corn dogs.

Usually our family goes here for a treat every now and then. Yesterday I was completely grossed out by a young girl worker there. She "blew up" the bathroom and left the toilet absolutely disgusting with fecies. I was bringing my daughter in to wash up before ordering food and she came out with a smirk on her face, knowing what she had done and then proceeded straight to the kitchen of A&W restaurant. First and foremost she was disgusting for leaving that display, but seriously someone that sick should not be working with food! Naturally we all decided not to eat there, knowing she would be working with our order. The real question was, why was the sink dry if she washed her hands before she returned to work 🤮 let's just say we didn't see it as amusing as she did.

Me and a relative stopped to get root beer shakes, but instead they gave us root beer floats. An employee said we have to pay extra to add more ice cream. And then employee said that the lobby is closed but the drive-thru is open. Are you kidding me? Apparently they don't know how to treat customers right. And they must be really lazy to make root beer shakes. Wasn't like that before. I hope the owner sees this review and do something about the kind of employees they hire.

I stopped inside to stretch my legs on a long road trip. Ordered a burger with fries and a drink. The pop machine had no ice, and the pop was warmer than room temperature, almost hot. Not only that, the ketchup on the tables is all spoiled because they sit in the sun all day, I took one swoop of ketchup on a fry and almost gagged. I guess the burger was good though.
