Had great service! My shrimp was very good. My husbands steak was terrible. Chefs choice was cooked as ordered but so gristly he gave up after trying for a bit. Left over half and most of the other half “chewed” and beside the untouched half! Very disappointed! Gave us a $5 credit!

Made an order totaling around 27 before tax. Went to pick up food and was overcharged. Also noted mandatory tipping on card. Charged almost 47 dollars for the food. Was ignored at pick up and when I went to correct total, ignored again. Customer service lacking, asked for a full refund. Was offered full refund but won’t be returning. Shame as they have had great cheese curds in the past, and would have loved to provide further business locally.

You really can't beat a Wisconsin supper club. The cheese curds are the best and prices are great. Definitely stop here every time I visit Wisconsin.

This was an absolute waste of a meal. Dont bother. The atmosphere was basically a drunken scream fest. Service was very slow. The cheese curds were extremely greasy, almost dripping. My wife got the breaded shrimp and it was not even close to cooked. The breading just fell off and the shrimp was partially cooked. I ordered the fish and the staff didn't enev know what the batter was. I hate beer batter. Truly confused and had to ask the kitchen staff. The waitress tried but I believe she was rattled too. We couldn't take it any more and asked for everything to go as we couldn't take the yelling and drunken screaming. The hostes didn't give it a second thought. Just walked around 'looking' like she was in charge. But she should have addressed the situation. How can ANY professional restaurant let this happen. There were others discussed with this place. Even the simplest thing, hashbrowns, were very undercooked. Did not even eat my meal. Even visually everything was bad and unappealing.

Got seated quickly. No salad bar... ? Prime Rib was great!! Drinks were good. Free parking is easy to get to. No complaints will visit again.
