Had great service! My shrimp was very good. My husbands steak was terrible. Chefs choice was cooked as ordered but so gristly he gave up after trying for a bit. Left over half and most of the other half “chewed” and beside the untouched half! Very disappointed! Gave us a $5 credit!
Made an order totaling around 27 before tax. Went to pick up food and was overcharged. Also noted mandatory tipping on card. Charged almost 47 dollars for the food. Was ignored at pick up and when I went to correct total, ignored again. Customer service lacking, asked for a full refund. Was offered full refund but won’t be returning. Shame as they have had great cheese curds in the past, and would have loved to provide further business locally.

Reccommend getting in before 6 if possible especially for Friday fish. After 6 spots get filled fast.

We know you have the "Market" for Supper Clubs in your area. Then act like it! DO BETTER! Service was slow. Someone needs to teach the staff to do a better job for waiting on people. No one had a sense of urgency. The old fashioned was terrible. We were the first, plus 2 people at 5:00 in the bar but we were first in the restaurant. It was like no one cared that we were going to spend money in your restaurant. Took too long to get our drink orders then took long to get them. We even had a reservation! People were served before us. Reminding you, that we, plus 2 people were in the bar as we were in the restaurant. Then, people started to come in the dining room, those people were acknowledged and were served and received their salads before us. It was a mess. When we finally got our food, my hashbrown was so burnt on the underside that you thought I wouldn't notice. I flipped it over and it was terrible. How and why would you send that out to someone to eat. I ordered my prime rib very rare. It was medium at best and it tasted like it was leftover and reheated. I didn't complain about the prime because I knew it probably wouldn't get better.
