I haven’t been inside; I always use the drive thru. There is one guy that is at the window when I get my order & he is such a wonderful person. Wish I had his name but after he gives me the order he follows up with “wish you a great day/night” or a ‘God bless’. I hope the owners recognize his worth
Ordered a chicken bacon Swiss and regular fry, and classic roast beef with curly fries. After waiting for 25 minutes for our food. The guy randomly was handing bags to people. The kicker somehow half our food was in another ladies and we got half her food. We didn’t get fries so he went back in to grab. Got on road I had a beef and cheddar which is the one sandwich I don’t like. So over paid for food we didn’t get and took 25 minutes.

My family had ordered a big meal and it was late by the time it was ordered. Came in and was greeted. Just had to wait a bit since I had came pretty fast to the store. When I got it the lady working was super helpful. She offered to help me with the items I had in my hands but I had it under control. Forgot to ring the bell but I had great service. :)

The food as with all Arbys was good. The people working behind the counter defiantly did want to be here today. The gent taking orders had a line of people waiting and he slow walked over to the counter then turned and walked back to the take out window then back to the counter, the gent making the food saw people waiting, did not acknowledge anyone nor let the gent know there were customers waiting. The counter is covered in crumbs and no one is wiping it off even after serving several customers over that dirty counter. Sat waiting for food for 20 min.

Rose the cashier was amazing excellent customer service skills. Rose nailed every aspect of her job starting with allowing the customer to review the menu in a drive through is unheard of at almost any fast food restaurant. Being a consumer your almost yelled at trying to order through the drive through if your taking too long. Rose then was jist so nice documenting every part of my order onto the receipt including sauces etc... Rose sounds like a keeper as an employee to go above and beyond the way she does is hard to come by I would give her a raise she definitely deserves one. Thank you Rose for giving me exceptional customer service which to be honest you really dont see anymore these days good for you keep giving out that amazing customer service!!!!!
Ordered 2 fish sandwiches, 2 4 pc potato cakes and 1 Greek gyro. Never got the gyro. Ordered at 12:22:35pm. Can you credit my CC for the @ $6.00.

Waited 25 minutes for our food. Made us pull around front. When the food finally came it was not warm like they just made it . It was just thrown together. I have a 30 minute break and now have 5 minutes to eat They didnt have any urgency working like sloths no apoligy
