I always love Culver's and this is the first time the food did not come out as expected. The chili cheddar fries did not have much chilli or cheddar on them. My bacon deluxe cheeseburger was lukewarm. Update 5-25-25: I had the raspberry cheesecake flavor -of-the-day and it was delicious.

Went thru drive up had ordered a head but they did not have order. Should young man at window and he went right to work to get the order done. Told me to check that I hadn’t been charged. Super efficient

While upper management is excellent. The lower management is rude. I spoke to a female manager who refused to refund a meal they messed up. When asked to speak to the store manager she refused and said it wasnt worth his time. While others in my house will eat here. I no longer will I dont throw ten dollars away and starve for fun.

I don't believe in low ratings so it's a 5 star, but they have been SKIMPING on the Flavor of the Days. I basically just get base flavor with a tiny sprinkle of mix-ins and that makes me sad.. lol.

The fries were very cold. It was a Friday night and they were very very busy.
Choose another location or double check your order at the speaker in drive through! I ordered a basket in the drive thru and they gave me my drink and brought out my sandwich with no fries and when I told them they didn’t include my fries they sent Sara the “manager” out who said they didn’t ring up a basket and instead of bringing fries out with her for THEIR mistake she wanted to go rerun my card and accused me of swearing at her which I did not! That’s what you get for having a child in charge of your business! I will never spend another dollar at Culver’s in stoughton hope your fries were worth losing customers over!
