I love this Dunkin location! Kelly, Damien, Demi, are all so friendly.
The inside is clean, and the drive thru is fast.

Went for my annual Halloween bucket. Very slow to be waited on and didn't ask what ones I wanted. I did say variety but didn't get them all. Just a few different flavors.

The customer service here is terrible. Workers are rude and often mess up orders.

Terrible customer service came here for a drink and they made our order entirely wrong and didn’t want to fix it. Terrible attitude and the manager was terrible as well. Don’t ever go to this location.

They usually get my drink right. One time they didn't then it was loaded with sugar and I'm diabetic. They did give me a new one. I almost always go through the drive-thru and they never give me the total at the order screen which really annoys me. There's one person who works there who gives me the total and when she does I give a tip.
Update 8-4-25: they got my order correct this time. But didn't give me the total at the order screen. So i was wondering if the price had gone up because prices are going up at other places. Really annoying. And it seems like it's only this location...

As a customer I was waiting for my food around the weekend of the Fourth of July, there were mostly trainees working and a young manager or such, the manager was taking orders for drive through and the others were making drinks, you could tell the customer was fairly upset, when they came to the drive through one of the possible trainees was moved so the manager could deal with the situation safely, it was quite intimidating to watch the customer pry open the window and threaten the worker, after they finally left I noticed they parked outside in the lot, after they left the manager was a little shaken and the others seemed confused and maybe scared, they continued to work and serve as is even after the offsetting situation, I did rate the atmosphere a little low but it was not due to the workers. I am surprised at how well the manager worked to get the customers to leave and he even locked the window after the man pried it open.

I am utterly appalled and deeply disappointed by what my family and I experienced at the Dunkin’ drive thru location in Stoughton Near Wal-Mart. What was supposed to be a simple coffee run turned into a humiliating, infuriating display of blatant racism — right in front of our children.

We were at the order section at 12:16 PM 7/6/25* with someone who was rude, dismissive, and downright hostile from the moment we began the order. He continuously cut us off mid-sentence, showed zero patience, and carried an energy that was aggressively unwelcoming. When we calmly tried to address his behavior and remind him that, as a manager, he should show a level of professionalism — he refused to take our order, saying it was “his store.” The entitlement, the audacity, the absolute disrespect was overwhelming.

This was not just poor customer service. This was racism. And anyone who has experienced it before knows exactly what I mean. The vibe, the tone, the way he spoke down to us, and the smugness on his face made it painfully clear — we were not welcome there because of the color of our skin.

To witness this in front of our children was heartbreaking. My husband, my chand I left that store shaken, furious, and deeply saddened. Is this the world our children are growing up in? One where bigotry is shrugged off by managers who feel emboldened enough to deny service and humiliate families without consequence?

Shame on you, Dunkin’. You preach inclusion and equality in your marketing, but THIS is the kind of person you entrust to represent your brand? Silent racism is still racism. And when you hire people like this, you are complicit.

We will never return to this location. And unless there is serious accountability and correction, we will reconsider supporting Dunkin’ altogether.

DO BETTER. Because this was beyond unacceptable. It was traumatizing for my family.

We usually order through the app. The people at the window are generally very nice. With that said, this is the fourth time in a year our order has been wrong with today being one of the biggest mistakes. One of our sandwiches didn’t have egg, wrong cheese and one slice of bacon. The other had about one slice of bacon and wrong cheese. It’s possible that we received someone else’s order, but with mistakes happening as frequently as they have, we will look into another location.

There was a confusion about when they closed. I tried to go in the front door before they closed, but the doors were locked and we could only go through the drive through. When I went through the drive through, I was disappointed to find that their ovens were shut down and they were out of normal donuts. This was at around 7:15-7:30pm. The associate who helped was polite, though.
