Placed a mobile order and upon pick up we were missing half of our food and the flavors of the drinks were all mixed up. Went back to sort it out and didn’t experience very kind customer service before they “fixed” our order. Except we were now given the wrong food. Not worth going back to fix it if it’s likely just going to be messed up again.. and not worth returning.

Not a pleasant experience. Worker was not pleasant. Left me sitting at the drive through. No total for my order, no please pull ahead. Handed me my coffee didn't look at me, say thank you, or have a nice day. Rude and TERRIBLE customer service skills!
Coffee tasted fine that's why I chose 2 stars instead of 1

I had an awful experience picking up our coffees we ordered through the mobile app. When I arrived, nobody was in the drive thru, so I pulled up right to the window to pick up my online order. A younger man, maybe even a teenager yelled at me for not stopping at the speaker first even though nobody else was in the drive thru. He then aggressively handed over the coffees without saying a “thank you” or “have a nice day.”

This person was clearly upset over something so minimal, and took out his frustration on me, the customer. This person was extremely rude and should not be working in customer service.

They are fast , polite, and get my order correct every time I come around. I have gone to many stores and I love this location the most.
The employees inside are always laughing and seem to generally enjoy they job.
Recommend this place over all places.
