I placed a delivery order around 11 am today and learned that sometimes JJ has to go through a 3rd party delivery service. After about an hour it still showed that the food was waiting to be picked up, so I called the store. The employee who answered was very nice, and said they just remade my sandwich due to the 3rd party taking so long, and had already refunded my order. I'm about 5 minutes away and offered to just come pick up the sandwich. Not only was their new toasted sub still warm, they even gave me an additional free sandwich coupon. I'll likely stick to pick up only in the future since I'm not a huge fan of DD/UE.

Why is it always so cold in here? Air conditioning and fans in March and April in Wisconsin? It's like a meat locker in here every single time. Makes me not want to eat here.

They are 5 minutes from my house. Order usually here in 10-15 mins l. Called after 40 minutes, told it would be there shortly. Called after 1 hour, my order still hadn't left the store. Cancelled my order. They were short on drivers, which I can understand. However, they need to communicate with customers to set expectations.

The food was excellent, but I had an issue with an order. The manager, McKenzie was extremely helpful and thoughtful. She totally refunded my money no questions asked! She was very polite and respectful. Made my day knowing there's still good people out in the world!

ok so we order from here all the time but I think we’ll stop. i’ve asked for mayo packets and received them literally 0/5 times. today they didn’t include the cheese we paid for on one sub, either. i called and planned to be totally cool about it and just let them know but the dude picked up and rudely put me on hold and eventually just hung up. bummer. we’ll order from another business next time.

Stopped in and ordered a giant J.J.B.L.T. I actually walked in at 9:25 a.m. which was before they actually opened. The staff there was so accommodating that they made me a sandwich anyway. This sandwich was an 11 out of 10. It was so delicious!

I ordered a catering order, it was on time, delicious as always, had everything we needed AND it came with the best tote bag of my life! This thing was the icing on the cake for me. All the totes I have are narrow and don't fit much, but this guy... a total Cadillac <3
