I would just like to express my disgust with the children who handle sandwiches here... I asked for NO tomatoes on my sandwich along with added kickin' ranch. The cashier (who was very polite) confirmed my order with me as well, only to look over and see my sandwich being slapped together with bare hands. I unusually disregarded that matter, politely asked the cashier for his name, and went along home to eat. I open the sandwich to see it overflowing with tomatoes and regular ranch covering the sandwich to the point where i cant even pick it up... i dont know how this possibly could have happened if the order was told DIRECTLY TO YOU. I was the ONLY customer in the store. Every time i come into this Jimmy John's, it seems to be CONNOR handling my food, and somehow it is ALWAYS messed up in one way or another. Not to mention he handled my food with bare dirty hands after being on his phone that's been GOD KNOWS where.. and then stands in front of me and goes on his phone again like it was nothing! CONNOR should NOT be handling food at this location! I am, and have been for a long time, DISGUSTED with his service!!

Order placed before closing. Refused to make my food and kept my money with no option. The only option given was to enjoy my food tomorrow when they open or get my money back in a couple business days. Awful establishment and terrible business practices. They robbed me.

Ordered A sandwich with no tomatoes and it came with tomatoes and mustard. The sandwich doesn't normally have mustard. Went back and they made me a new sandwich, 2nd time they forgot the mayo.
I won't go there on a Sunday anymore.

I have worked in Stoughton for 10 yrs and i have grown more disappointed every time i order from there...which is not often. My most recent order: sub toasted, pickle quartered...result: sub cold, pickle full. It also took about 15 minutes to arrive. I literally can see the store from my office.

There are better franchises and better restaurants in town for sure.

Waited 10 minutes for my sub because online orders were being made. The only think freaky was how slow it was with 4 employees.

I placed a delivery order around 11 am today and learned that sometimes JJ has to go through a 3rd party delivery service. After about an hour it still showed that the food was waiting to be picked up, so I called the store. The employee who answered was very nice, and said they just remade my sandwich due to the 3rd party taking so long, and had already refunded my order. I'm about 5 minutes away and offered to just come pick up the sandwich. Not only was their new toasted sub still warm, they even gave me an additional free sandwich coupon. I'll likely stick to pick up only in the future since I'm not a huge fan of DD/UE.

Why is it always so cold in here? Air conditioning and fans in March and April in Wisconsin? It's like a meat locker in here every single time. Makes me not want to eat here.

They are 5 minutes from my house. Order usually here in 10-15 mins l. Called after 40 minutes, told it would be there shortly. Called after 1 hour, my order still hadn't left the store. Cancelled my order. They were short on drivers, which I can understand. However, they need to communicate with customers to set expectations.
