My son and I stopped here for an early lunch before heading over to my daughter's wedding. I had the Club Sandwich and fries. The sandwich was HUGE. Generous portions of roast beef, ham and turkey. It was really more than an average person could possibly eat. The fries were GBD... Golden, Brown and Delicious. Excellent meal.

We had a great experience here. The food and service were excellent. It appears to be well liked by the locals. We had a bratwurst and the chili. My husband’s response to the chili was “this is how chili should be made!”

Couldn’t get anything but drinks, for other groups came in had drinks taking menus dropped orders taking and two had food already. We did not know who was even serving us or have menus after an hour. I was wearing a support troops shirt, maybe they don’t. Anyways. Paid for the drinks and left with out one staff member even asking why. Spend my money where the appreciate service members. Like Deaks. Just got drinks and service in under 5 minutes.
