This place has taken a dive...way down! Years ago in Madison..it was great..no help here, blah sandwiches and the 16 year old employees don't care

I’ve eaten at the Stoughton location of Milio’s at least twice/month since moving to the area last summer and I’ve had a very pleasant experience each of them. Food quality & variety is good, and staff are excellent not only at accommodating requests to customize sandwiches & orders but also at suggesting different combinations. They are now my personal menu curators! :) Of all the employees I’ve met there, Damian especially excels in customer service. He greets me each visit, remembers details about my orders and makes my whole experience more enjoyable. Yesterday he saved me $6 by reminding me the 3-punch card promotion ended in January, which creates way > $6 of good feelings for the brand. Thank you to all the team at the Stoughton store. Skål!

Parking: Many spots in shared lot. There is also a drive-through.

I had an amazing experience at Milio’s yesterday thanks to the incredible team of Troy and Damion. Both were exceptionally friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I have a food allergy, and Troy went above and beyond to take extra precautions while preparing my sandwich, ensuring everything was handled safely. On top of that, the sandwiches were the best I’ve had at Milio’s in a long time! A huge shoutout to both Troy and Damion for their outstanding service—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Tucked away in the corner by Walmart in Stoughton. Always loved Milios, great staff, great food. Number 16 all the way. Came with my pup through drive through, surprised they had a treat for him too. Great job guys!

Ordered 8 sandwiches for a party. All of them were great and ready on time. The staff was friendly and efficient. Had fun interacting with them. They're my go to sandwich shop here in Stoughton!

I arrived at the drive thru around 4:30 pm this afternoon. The gentleman who took my order provided me my beverage and chips immediately. Shortly after my payment was taken, my sandwich had already arrived!

Suffice it to say I was impressed. The ingredients on my American Favorite were top notch, they must have been freshly sliced.

I tried to place an order online. Only 1 sandwich went through, so I called and asked if I could finish my order over the phone because it wasn't letting me enter the second sandwich I wanted. The kid that answered the phone told me he had too many sandwiches to make and to go online to finish my order so I can make his job easier on him. Dude it won't let me do it online. So after trying to finish my order online and being unsuccessful, I called again. The girl that answered took my order with no problem. The guy got mad when I said he was an idiot and wrote a message on my sandwich wrapper. I am very doubtful I will order from there again.

$9 for a mayonnaise lettuce cheese and onion on a mushy french role. They neglected to tell me they were out of sprouts. If you want a disgusting sub that costs more than Jimmy John's, Milios is your guy.

I just read a comment complaining about laziness on the food service industry and I find it awkward because if this was today, this woman was by herself and she is amazing, also she is good with children. My daughter loves her! That young lady looks stress today though, but people that do not or ever work for food industry will always complain. I buy my Turkey Classic everyday on the French real tasty and a meatball snack wish for my daughter. Today she was trying her best until an employee came in and started helping her.

Be prepared to not have produce cut for you.

Went in today and the women making my sandwhich told me she “ran out if tomatos” which was pretty obviously not true. After I left the store my friend ordered a sub on it and received tomatos. When will people stop being so lazy in the SERVICE industry?

The Focaccia bread is amazing! Sets them apart from the other sub places. Well run by management. Any problem will be properly fixed. The new people catch on quick. Friendly. Great attitude, and always good music playing when you go in.
