I did carryout and went through the drive-thru. The food was fresh out of the oven hot and I got an extra marinara sauce! It's the small things in life. But their boneless chicken wings are basically just chicken nuggets.

It seems they are now doing delivery via DoorDash, which takes twice as long, cold food. I wish I knew it was going to be delivered via door dash and I would have passed on ordering. Not worth the $4.99 delivery fee.

The bread sticks were very light in color maybe not cooked long enough and there was a lot of sauce and cheese. Some people like extra but I am more of a classic pizza hut gal.
When I say a lot I mean there was a lot of cheese and sauce. Had I gotten extra it would have been pure cheese. The manager did give me a credit bc I drove 12 miles to picked the pizza up. Nice of them but bummed it wasn't done correctly.

Called and order a heart shaped pizza they did not cut it had it sent to a business that does not have pizza cutters and then they say that they don’t cut the pizza where there are children that are supposed to eat this pizza that I was not cut and would not send a cut replacement
It was our sons birthday and we ordered 13 pizzas for his party. The whole experience was smooth and seamless.

Terrible. I've been a regular customer for over Four years, and now twice in a row my order has been wrong. All of the toppings a customer chooses, and is charged for, should be on the pizza. So now because someone can't pay attention to the order, They will be losing a regular customer permanently.
