I go to this location from time to time. They have always provided a good product, efficiently, and timely. Today I got an iced pumpkin cream chai tea. I am having a really bad day. This drink is so utterly delicious it calmed me and made me a little happy. If you haven't tried it, do so. It is amazing.

I feel like the quality has gone significantly down in the last few months. The last 4-5 coffees I've gotten have been wrong, wrong milk, wrong order, or taste like watered down milk. We used to get coffee nearly everyday and I think we will be taking a break for a while. I think a few of the new batistas are not very kind either. This mornings coffee is about to be dumped out because it's just really bad. Unfortunate.

This is a nice Starbucks with friendly staff who remember your name and we like coming here. Just a recent complaint - they've downsized all the large round tables to little cramped things about the circumference of a manhole. There is barely room for two people let alone four so good luck if you need more than one laptop or books/papers etc. I guess they don't want people hanging around too long?
Quality service and coffee. Mistakes happen, just not here. :) Friendly staff as well!
