I feel like the quality has gone significantly down in the last few months. The last 4-5 coffees I've gotten have been wrong, wrong milk, wrong order, or taste like watered down milk. We used to get coffee nearly everyday and I think we will be taking a break for a while. I think a few of the new batistas are not very kind either. This mornings coffee is about to be dumped out because it's just really bad. Unfortunate.

This is a nice Starbucks with friendly staff who remember your name and we like coming here. Just a recent complaint - they've downsized all the large round tables to little cramped things about the circumference of a manhole. There is barely room for two people let alone four so good luck if you need more than one laptop or books/papers etc. I guess they don't want people hanging around too long?

*I used to think ordering no/ice would get me a full cup of SB coffee. But after removing my ice, they showed me the result (pic - I drank to the level they showed me) Before offering to top off w extra oatmilk) Never Again Starbucks

Usually a good experience. This one was a waste of money. I was suppose to have Carmel and mocha drizzle topping and line the cup w mocha. I have an inch on the bottom of my cup. They have no large straws so I cannot even stir it. I paid more for mocha and don't see any. I also had very little ice. Less then 5min with my drink and no ice left now. What a waste of drink and money. Staff was friendly though.
I live in Middleton and was doing a wedding in Stoughton.Went to the drive-thru to get two Honey citrus mint teas.When the cashier handed me the teas they felt a lot lighter. I didn't check and drove off and realize that they were not full like they were supposed to, since I'm paying for two full cups.Won't be going back here for sure.

I work on east side. Myself and daughter always stop at Starbucks on 51 and Pflaum. We spend a lot of time in drive threw but tell me why out Strawberry Açaí not once, not twice, but 3 times in last 2 weeks was served with HOT LEMONADE???? This is intentional!!!! And if workers don’t like their jobs, they need to quit!!! I’m NOT wasting any more of my $ their, same with my daughter!!!!
