Service and quality of food at this location has gone down hill in the last year

I am currently at the drive-thru window. I have been waiting for a cold cut combo for more than ten minutes. About ten minutes ago a girl, an employee with a backpack opened the window and said “sorry” and closed the window. I am only still sitting here because I am curious and I would never waste a sandwich.
Okay, Chelsea the assistant manager came to the window with a price. No apologies, no discounts, nothing - just blurted a out a price. I asked her “what the fifteen minute wait was all about.” She said that it wasn’t her fault that there was ONE customer ahead of me - very defensive. I asked her to tone it down with us and she finally apologized - she should have led with that. I am puzzled how an assistant manager can’t offer discounts or speak professionally. I wouldn’t have ever posted this if she would have just led with an apology and an explanation - fake smile even. There is a Subway at Wal-Mart up the road. Go there.

Didn't receive the sandwich with all the condiments that I asked for and only got bread and meat. Service was nice and quick but I didn't get what I ordered so basically got my money stolen from me. I'll order again but no more tips and I will have to check and verify every order.
