The two guys in drive thru window were extremely friendly and great! They both made a great team together and really made my day better.Unfortunately it looks like Arby's doesn't actually monitor this and just sent an automatic response to my review. I hope the guys see this.

It was about 10pm and I wasn't sure Arbys does Tap 2 Pay I was pleasantly surprised to see they do , so place my order for a Reg Fish , Super Beef n Cheddar and Brisket sandwich and chocolate shake. The teen behind the counter was very polite, and while I decided he was helping drive thru , staying busy. Took my order correctly and was polite handing my order. I can say I would for sure be back with to this location. I gave 4 for the food because after 13 min drive, I had to warm up. It was good, no issues.

2 times I ordered a wrap and received a sandwich. If you guys don't have wraps remove it from your menu. Or train your employees to know difference between a wrap and a sandwich.

Just left here 10 minutes ago. Tried ordering the Cheesy Bacon Burger and the lady twice, yelled, WE ARE OUT OF BURGERS, WE HAVE NO BURGERS TONIGHT. I’m like ok… I’ll have a number 3, then she huffed into the speaker. I told her to cancel the order as she seemed bothered by someone coming to the drive thru to order food, which is what Arby’s is open for, right? I will say, the other times I have been to this location, the service and food was excellent so I gave 5 stars for that. This visit, put a sour taste in my mouth. I went to Wendy’s next door where they greeted me and happily took my order. Thanks Wendy’s.

Ordered the beef and cheddar special. Love them. Belong to the club so they send me e coupons often. Curly fries are great, too. Sliders are just my wife’s size. Haven’t had a bad experience

Fries were old so I asked for fresh and they just threw more old fries in hot grease then served them up to me. Extremely disgusting. Very disappointing. The restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms. Such a shame they don't care about the food they are serving.

Probably the best and freshest Arby’s beef n cheddar I’ve had at an Arby’s in years. The bun tasted like it was right out of the oven. The beef was tender and perfectly done and the blend of cheese and sauce were perfect. The staff was also nice and friendly. The sandwich was incredible. Just loved itWheelchair accessibility: Easy
I was humiliated the moment we walked in the door.My grown son and I ordered an online special. It clearly was one per customer and being grown adults we had separate phones and Arby's apps.The food was not ready for pickup. I also heard a worker referring that the people trying to scam the system were here. Then out came the manager to finish politely informing us about our ignorance.The app would never allow someone to use the special twice. I let him in on how the process works and he then decided to look at the receipts. They had different names and phone numbers.They then decided to make our order.We received a voicemail from the area manager asking for a call back. We left her two messages and never a call back.I see today the location is closed for renovation. I hope that includes the uneducated staff members inside.
