Got there around 2:30 pm or so . No line. Nobody waiting for food. Ordered a patty melt, fries and a root beer. Waited a lifetime for my order

The atmosphere and the general vibe was really cool! They have a sick pulley system to bring your food which is fun to watch to pass the time! I enjoyed the live music that they had while I was there, though it was a little too loud for my taste. My biggest problem is that the food is packaged as if for takeout and that kind of ruins the presentation. You'll get a styrofoam box with your meal and it can be kind of unappetizing at first glance. I got the fish fry, which I have to admit was slightly rubbery and not the best. All in all it's a place to go to for the experience not the food.

Ordered 10 wings & a salad to go. Got 5 wings & 1 cup of blue cheese. LAME!

Food was fresh. I wanted red beans and rice 🍚 but they where out and about to close. But I like the theme of the place and I recommend.

If I could give this place a zero rating I would. The chicken and the sides lousy heat lamp fare. There are no breasts in the family style meal. Just thighs, wings and drum sticks. No indication on the menu chicken breasts were not included with the 12 piece. Dried out sunlamp fries and rolls.

You got my money once. I promise never again.

Food was good with reasonable prices but when I received the email with my total I was shocked to see a tip of over 20% for a restaurant where I had to place everyone's order myself with a QR code and passed the food and drinks around ourselves.

The Cajun chicken sandwich was bland, dry/tough, sauce-less, and had zero crisp. The breading was borderline soggy when it got to me and I ordered in at the bar on the second level where they zip it to you on a pulley system. Service was friendly. It was also odd that you can't get a combo with a chick sandwich. If I wanted a drink or fires it had to be ordered a la cart.
