Within the last 5 days twice in a row, I got the breakfast sandwich with sourdough bread and put sausage as my meat option as you can choose between bacon or sausage. Both times I’ve received my sandwich they have had bacon on them when on my receipt it says sausage. The location was not busy either times so I’m not understanding how they make sandwich incorrectly both times when on my order ticket it clearly states sausage. I never had issues before with this location and it sucks to not get what I paid for.

Spent $9 on a coffee that taste horrible and they refused to remake it or refund me. I spend less at Starbucks for way better quality coffee. This location is horrible & the owners are rude and do not care. Will no longer get my business.

My food was great But - I don’t like that I ordered Extra bacon on my bacon sourdough sandwich and there are literally 3 pieces of bacon on here total. In what world is that extra ? I know I didn’t pay extra for one additional piece of Bacon so where is my Bacon ? The sandwich is boring and unfulfilling when it’s just a giant egg and barely any protein. Disappointed because of that
This place has gone down hill so much. They just throw everything together and don’t care what they are serving. I gave them a second chance after them messing up before. I tried getting the cute spider doughnuts and this is what they gave me….

I get the same drink with an everything bagel. A strawberry dragon fruit Refresher it tasted like old stale coffee not sure what they did to it at least my bagel was still good

The worker asked if I wanted my long John's in a bag. I stated I'd prefer not. He proceeded to put them in a bag anyway. Why did he even ask? What happens when frosted donuts go in a bag? The frosting sticks to the sides of the bag and to each other. It's a mess getting out. Vanilla people do not like chocolate, chocolate people do not like vanilla. One can only order 10 long John's because only 10 fits in a box. Even when I ordered more than intended. He still put them in a bag instead of a box.

Ordered a bacon, egg & cheese croissant with hash browns. The croissant was so dry & burnt it literally broke into crumbs & my 5 measley little hash browns were burnt & rubbery from being microwaved. And yes, 5 of them is all you get. I thought maybe the rest spilled in the bag, nope. Just 5 nasty, rubbery, burnt little hash browns that I didn't eat. Absolutely disgusting. What a waste. I won't be back.
