If I could just write a review without giving a star I would, I ordered my usual cold brew Carmel coffee and they gave me straight sugar and cream. No coffee. The boy working there had ask what I ordered 3 times because I guess he didn’t understand “cold brew with cold foam” I won’t come back to this

Staff was friendly but didn't bag orders well. Ordered a Denver scrambler, which tasted great but the put the box in the bag on its end which caused all the toppings to slide off. If it's in a box, put it in the bag flat.

Teach that team how to make coffee, bring back the Hispanic manager who knows how to make coffee, what happened to the young man that used to be there by himself? Never has the coffee been this bad. Too much water not enough coffee. FIX THIS SOON, JUST TAKING PEOPLE MONEY . THIS IS IN WALKING DISTANCE AND PEOPLE DESERVE SOME GOOD MORNING COFFEE.

We finally have a Dunkin Donuts on the Northside. It has dual drive thru's, and inside café. The second drive thru is for online orders. They will be ready for quick pickup. They have the full selection of warm and cold drinks including pumpkin ( personal favorite). There is also all the donuts, muffins, and breakfast sandwiches. The staff is first rate.

Ordered donut holes and when I picked up they were day old and hard. When I talked to the associate she admitted the glazed and blueberry were from the day before and they had no fresh blueberry. With a slogan like made fresh daily. That is unacceptable.

Clearly we were served day old (or older?) donuts. This place is as bad as the one on HWY 20.Go to the location near the highway and it's a whole different experience.

I have to say the amount of respect I have for these workers in unfathomable. Every single time I go there WITHOUT FAIL there is only one person working. (Usually the same person every time, I'm unsure of his name) Despite there only being one worker, he makes service fast and efficient.Additionally, I'm not blaming him for this at all, but the quality of the food and drinks have gone down just in general. The ice coffee tastes like creek water and they always seem to be really low supply on donuts, no matter when you come.Honestly I feel as if hiring more staff would help with this problem. Because there should not be only one person managing a whole entire shop
Update 3-16-22: No change.Avoid at all costs.I ordered a mocha latte w extra expresso shot.They hand me my drink, I IMMEDIATELY TELL THEM its not made right. There was absolutely no mocha or expresso in it. They said they made exactly the way its suppose to. "Mocha is not white". I tasted it, it completely tasted like milk, no flavoring what so ever. I asked for a refund on my card. They said they are unable to do that. So now I will be filing a dispute with my bank stating this place refused to give me my refund after I did not accept the iced milk.

I waited for 10 minutes in the drive thru with absolutely no acknowledgement. I pull up to the window and ask if they are taking orders and he said he was the only one working. Which if he was by himself I could understand but again say welcome to Dunkin I'll be right with you. Most times service is fine but this time was awful.

Customer service is horible. Ordered from here plenty of times, some have not been right but already gone so delt with. Today i ordered the cookie butter cold brew on line and got just black with cream. Owner said that's what's on his tag, showed the app receipt that shows cooki butter, just told me it's not his problem take it up with Dunkin. No refund, no exchange, walked away.

You should be ashamed for selling day old doughnuts as fresh for $9 /half dozen on Sunday at 7 A.M. I would have driven the extra half mile to Kwik Trip for better but I thought a business/bakery could do better. Guess you won't wonder when you're out of

Can't understand employees never get the drunks right.. it's a coffee shop how many times can you say cream and somehow to them that means whipped cream..... sad that you have to go all the way to kenosha if you want a decent dunken experience will not return
