sooo i showed up at 11:50 the night before my 21st birthday, and Joe and Nick were on their way to lock the doors since nobody was there. They immediately opened the doors and served us for an hour! We had so much fun and they were great to us, highly recommend!!!!

I attended an afternoon baby shower this past weekend and was very disappointed by the disrespect for our event, displayed by the bartender and owner. We understand this is a shared space between a bar and an event hall, but were hoping for a level of mutual consideration. As soon as our event began the bartender turned up the volume of the music very high, we had to shout to talk. When someone from the party asked if she could turn it down, she didn't and continued. After several requests, she did lower it briefly, but soon raised it again, which felt like a deliberate effort to disrupt our celebration.
Additional unprofessional behavior happened when some of our party tried to order something from the bar, and the bartender refused to serve them stating "I'm staying over here because I want to make money". The fact that the owner was present and did nothing to address this behavior leads me to believe she condoned it, which was equally disappointing. I wouldn't recommend booking the hall upstairs if you have an event where you want to have a conversation. Unfortunately for us, the downstairs hall was not available. I would also not recommend being served by the bartender who was on duty.

Pool tables, good food & specials! Clean, nice atmosphere, staff is great!!!
This place should have stayed closed. Staff is rude drinks are overpriced and not good. They should get their money back from whoever did their remodel. Who does a remodel and then puts posters on the ceiling.

Went to Hiawatha last Saturday October 5th as a meeting place for family to gather before burying our mother's ashes at a local Cemetery, the chef was extremely rude and very nasty to our entire family, we frequent Hiawatha occasionally we'll never go there again.
