The food was amazing. Great place for bands to play if you get new bartenders. These 3 ladies could have been spread out along the large bar to help the mass amounts of people. Never a smile. Every time we ordered a shot there was always a pile on the bar, definitely money lost. It was hard to hear so kept it simple but needed more but got my one drink, didn't ask me if I needed anything else and walked away, been to many venues and bars for concerts and I can say I will not return since your bartenders definitely need to work on their people skills and have a system for the large bar.

Great show! Untrained Layman opened for Wally Cleaver! Just like old times! Downstairs bar could have used a few more servers. Bar was packed and couldn't find a parking spot so I had to park remotely.

I would like to share my experience from my visit today. I just ordered only the steak and rice 🍚 but i was disappointed with the meal, the steak was served at a lukewarm temperature, and the rice was overly salty,to the point that i couldn't eat it 🙃 On the positive note. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the service the quality of the food, i felt that the price was quite high.

Excellent breakfast! All 6 of us had something different & each one really enjoyed what they got. The Irish Breakfast, skillet, omelets, biscuits & gravey... all delicious. Our waitress was fantastic too, thoughtful & kind. Neat place, would love to make a trip back to experience a live band there.

We held my daughter's first birthday party here. Kelly was a great source for planning and always offered prompt replies when I had questions. Staff was wonderful and we got many compliments on the food.
My husband and I had eaten here previously with similar feelings about the staff and food. I would absolutely recommend you check Route 20 out at least once!

I've had multiple pleasant experiences here and the food is AMAZING!
My issue was on St. Patty's Day....I arrived at the bar and order Reuben Rolls and a green beer (St. Patty's Day of course!)
The people who sat down after me received their food before I did. I then asked the bartender again for the rolls and some dessert (to go this time) and was presented with my food, I paid my bill and left.
It was a very upsetting experience for me and I don't think I'll be returning here anytime soon. ☹️
Thank you to everyone at Rte 20 who was so kind to me and I loved the conversations that I had with both the staff and the other patrons. They have tons of TVs in the bar so you can pretty much watch whatever you want while you are eating. They also have specialty drink and shot menus that will blow your mind.
They should be having some big bands over the summer so I would recommend checking them out if you've never been!😀😀

Met up with friends here and loved it! Had crayons and coloring sheet for littles and overall tun vibe and great food. Would come back again!
Kid-friendliness: Not sure how the noise level would be during live music times, but otherwise very kid friendly. Limited options on kid's breakfast menu for those with egg allergy, but a la carte sides worked as substitute.
