The drive thru experience is just horrible you wait a long time. They don't get your order right at all. Missing items and no receipt. You spend so much money and get nothing. Yeah they need to round up hope it improves customer service

The longest I've ever waited for Taco Bell in my life (25 minutes). Someone get these people more kitchen staff. Was completely ignored whilst they prioritized drive through. Honestly wanted to just leave without our food but my wife wouldn't let me.

I came to this location for a cheese quesadilla and waited over 20 mins on Friday Aug 22nd at 10pm ended up canceling my order. When I told the girl I was canceling she rolled her eyes at me and said this is not fault, unfortunately it is your fault because you were not being a team player you were to busy talking with a bunch of high schoolers and I also noticed one said they tipped you last time 10 Dollars! So as far as I’m concerned Taco Bell only accepts tips now with fast service unbelievable!

I'm not one to typically bash on fast food workers. I understand that it's not an easy job and people often treat them poorly. To wait over 45 minutes just to get my order placed online is a bit extreme.
I'll give credit for the staff being friendly enough and for getting our order right. Once I finally got our food, everything was correct, hot and fresh.
I'm honestly not sure what the issue was with how slow it was, but based simply on the fact it was over 45 minutes, I doubt I'll return to this location even if it's convenient for me.
Okay for a road trip stop Taco Bell. Drive-through wasn't busy at lunch time on a Sunday. I asked for no cheese, the screen said no cheese, but there was a little accidental cheese on one of my tacos. I didn't notice until I had driven away. Only one taco for me. The cinnamon twists were particularly good, though.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED and I’m more a frequent McDonald’s supporter myself. I simple was trying to inform the you lady she was misunderstanding me when I asked for a substitute on my order when another employee decided to step in and rudely claim I have and attitude… I’m sorry I didn’t know Taco Bell had a on call psychiatrist. Learn the menu before you get put in the drive through or don’t get mad when someone is simply just trying to make sure they aren’t being over charged!!
