Night shift is very rude, change your hours if your going to say you are closed before 12. Very unprofessional and tried arguing with me. All i wanted was to order a drink.

I expected the pending transaction on my account to settle and go back into my account, but I was charged and did not get my order.

I walked in and asked an employee who was walking out the bathroom and towards the register area if breakfast was still being servedor if it was lunch tube already. She looked at the clock continually walking towards the fryer where there were 3 other woman and said lunch is in 10 minutes. Not bothering to inquire which I was there for. I stood at the register 5 minutes. In that time all 4 woman at the fryer made eye contact but made no attempt to see if I was taken of. The young man att the drive thru window cane around the corner and made eye contact as well without asking if I'd been helped. I finally downloaded the app and ordered before I was unable to order breakfast.
The food was hot and wasn't a problem.
Management really needs to work on training for hospitality....

Consistently good food at descent prices when compared to the competition. The burgers 🍔 are better than McDonald's and the frostys are yummy.
Dropped my bag on the ground then manager proceeded to try and hand it to me. I asked them to remake and they came back 2 seconds later obviously with the same bag

Best burgers always! The chicken sandwiches are really pretty good too. Love the chicken pecan salad! It's smaller than it used to be and I miss that.

The manager was exactly who I needed after a disgusting visit to the corporate owned store on Washington Ave! Again, thank you for just listening to my very negative but impacted experience from the other store!
I am utterly disgusted. I usually come to this restaurant for lunch and my order is always the same. But today changed, I ordered a pineapple mango lemonade like usual and this time I found an incredibly long piece of hair IN my drink. I did not drink it but I am so disappointed and annoyed that they decided to give me this drink without checking it. Count your days Wendy's I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Honestly gross… I ordered baconador fries and a chicken sandwich… fries were fine..but they messed up my sandwich order…I had to go all they way back for a new one and then the new one was cold af, and chicken was insanely dry…. Took one bite and could barely swallow without water….
