OMG, I had this Mac Daddy burger today on my first visit to 888 Cheese & Co, it was outstanding. The ranch chips stayed crispy. Too good not to eat the whole burger now. My lunch companion had an amazing looking salad. The waitress was attentive and atmosphere cute and clean. This will not be my only visit.

The food was so amazing, we didn’t get to go the restaurant and even their small sampling of the menu as a food truck was phenomenal. Even with two people working they were well organized and got food out pretty quick, even swamped with orders. Will definitely go back again to the main restaurant.

I really hate to leave negative reviews for a local up-and-coming business, but my intention is that they can make some improvements on their food. My burger was very overcooked, and the grilled cheese was nothing more than standard. 4 sisters in La Crosse is my favorite grilled cheese in the state if you get a chance. Service and atmosphere were great!!! Food needs improvement from my experience.
The Blueberry Acai handcrafted soda was excellent! My chicken sandwich was very tender and tasty. First time here. Will definitely be back!
