I realize that it's hard to get help and I have no problem with waiting but your workers should at least greet your customers who are waiting at the cash register and tell them that they'll be right with them. Just bad customer service. I just hope the wait is worth it as I am still standing here waiting for my sandwich....

Meh, it's okay. I prefer Jersey Mike's or Scott's Subs. I wish there were more actual local sandwich shops in the area.

Good subs. Soups on the other hand are not much to talk about. The staff at the Howard Suamico Firehouse subs are a great crew. Very quick very friendly. I would go back again somtime.

Every sub seems absolutely delicious here. This is a regular rotation in our work lunch and I'm always happy when it's Firehouse day.

Always great subs, one of the best in my opinion...however if you find that you received someone else's order after driving 20 miles, don't bother with the manager. Will not refund to your CC, firehouse policy, nope...called them. Apparently not. Local maybe. CC refunds are not offered but if you are into rude attitude filled discussion, those are readily available. I'd give a lower rating, but the manager is bit sensitive, my comments fueled the fire....hangry moment. Firehouse is off my list..just confirm your order before leaving, you'll be fine. They get them wrong often at this location.
Never been in a FS until now...clean, great menu, and my sub-gyro was really great. Waited I suppose a bit longer than other sub places but was worth it and you could tell my sub benefited from the extra prep.

I go there a lot I keep hoping they will get my sub right but they never do it isn't that hard. I have stomach issues I can only eat certain foods so when something is made wrong I truly cannot eat it and it happens all the time no pickle means no pickle no lettuce and tomatoes means no lettuce and tomatoes I not being rude I have stomach problems. So I get home and can't eat.So disappointed.
