Terrible service. After an hour of waiting, we finally received our appetizers. After 45 more minutes we asked when our food was coming. They didn’t even start it so we got our bill and left. In the time we were there, they served everyone around us and had a line a mile deep waiting for pick up. If you don’t have the staff, stop taking orders.
Really tired of paying so much to have half our food missing or it tastes like it was sitting for hours. They were great when they first came town… unfortunately not a fan after so many screw ups.
Placed an order online. Forgot an entire entree but my husband didn’t realize it until after he got home. So we drove back to pick it up, just to be ignored by staff and having to approach the host to ask for my forgotten food. I used to love this place but after this, I can tell they don’t care about customer service as no apology was given or discount offer. What happened to providing the best service to customers and being sincere when you mess something up?
