I had a pizza delivered that looked well done. And the pepperonis were nearly burnt. I also found a hair in my pizza. When I tried calling Pizza Hut they picked up the phone and hung on me over 10 times. When I finally got through the manager was inconsiderate and passively rude. And I asked him as a manager was he happy with the level of customer service provided and he said most definitely.

This is the THIRD time I've been charged for a two liter soda that I never received. Then, when I call to talk to someone, I'm transferred to a call center in India or some place and now I've been on hold 13 minutes. NEVER coming back. No wonder no one goes here.

Tried this location when it first opened and was completely satisfied but I decided to give it another try as I was craving the bread sticks. I am very glad I did. We got a pepperoni hand toss and a cheese thin crust and bread sticks. The bread sticks were perfect and fluffy with ample seasoning, the kids devoured the pepperoni pizza. The cheese pizza was good, I am not a fan of thin crust but my daughter and husband liked it. The drive up window is a convenience. Pizza was ready right on time.

Raw pizza. $25 and we got undercooked pizza that was also WET. It was so soggy we couldn’t even transfer it to a pizza sheet without it falling apart because they put so many veggies on it that they just got watery and heavy. It’s not that hard. This is the second time this has happened here. No review or complaint on the first time to give benefit of the doubt but I definitely don’t want to ever go back here.
Food is great, and George is super nice and a pleasure to interact with. So happy they are here in Suamico!

Pizza needed to be cooked, bottom of it was soft, I put in oven for 12 minutes at 350, shredded cheese was than melted and you could than pick it up without it falling apart, worst pizza i ever had for $20.00. Works need to put on hair nets, found 2 pieces will of hair.I will not be back.

I’ve been to this location 3 times. Twice now I have had my order messed up.Last night I ordered a stuffed crust, sausage and cheese pizza and received a regular crust, pepperoni and no sauce pizza. Not impressed.
