I've never had an authentic New York style pizza boy they didn't disappoint probably I don't know I've never been to New York it was better than normal I'm happy with that.

Tried this location when it first opened and was completely satisfied but I decided to give it another try as I was craving the bread sticks. I am very glad I did. We got a pepperoni hand toss and a cheese thin crust and bread sticks. The bread sticks were perfect and fluffy with ample seasoning, the kids devoured the pepperoni pizza. The cheese pizza was good, I am not a fan of thin crust but my daughter and husband liked it. The drive up window is a convenience. Pizza was ready right on time.

Raw pizza. $25 and we got undercooked pizza that was also WET. It was so soggy we couldn’t even transfer it to a pizza sheet without it falling apart because they put so many veggies on it that they just got watery and heavy. It’s not that hard. This is the second time this has happened here. No review or complaint on the first time to give benefit of the doubt but I definitely don’t want to ever go back here.

Pizza needed to be cooked, bottom of it was soft, I put in oven for 12 minutes at 350, shredded cheese was than melted and you could than pick it up without it falling apart, worst pizza i ever had for $20.00. Works need to put on hair nets, found 2 pieces will of hair.I will not be back.
I’ve been to this location 3 times. Twice now I have had my order messed up.Last night I ordered a stuffed crust, sausage and cheese pizza and received a regular crust, pepperoni and no sauce pizza. Not impressed.

The pizza is always excellent! One time we ordered they were super busy and the manager came to the window and told us they accidentally burned the pizzas and apologized. She said they would make us fresh ones right away. In less than 10 minutes we had fresh hot pizzas and some complimentary cinnasticks! Great service!

The pizza delivery was set up to be ring door bell and leave pizza… contactless. 25 minutes after being told by text that the pizza was out for delivery, I called. They stated pizza had been delivered. I repeatedly told them no it wasn’t and our house has a security system and they could come check the cameras. They stated it was my responsibility to come and pick a new pizza up. After a few choice words, they did agree to deliver another pizza. This time I was watching, and I saw the car go by, pull in the neighbors yard, and attempt to deliver this new pizza to them. I could not see, but I’m guessing the original pizza was left on their porch. They then proceeded to come to my house with both pizzas. One being ice coldI figured this deserved a call to the manager on call and told him I really didn’t appreciate being accused of lying or stealing from them. He hung up the phone without replying.The pizza was not good…. Not like other Puzza Huts

Pick up time is 1:33. Drive thru lady said it's going to be 15 more minutes. Which means they didn't even start order yet. I'm the only customer here. I have the only order they are making. ? What a joke.
