I have had such a problem with this location getting my order wrong. I pay extra to customize my order and it says it right on the cup yet they still get wrong not that hard to read the damn cup.

I went through the drive through. Pulled up so other customer could get their order. Noticed I was short 10 dollars . Went inside I was told that they’d count drawer at end of night. They’d even drop it off. Since the employee didn’t live far from me. Got a text saying sorry you left premises we can’t do anything about it. Talked to corporate they said talk to store, we can’t do anything, talked to store manager he basically said it was my fault for paying cash because that’s what happened to him but different situation. So I’m out $10. I even asked for a gift card if they couldn’t give me cash. Well, of course the answer was no. I will never go to a Starbucks again.

This is the worst starbucks in the country!!! I stoped by to get coffee and I had a personal Starbucks cup and the women that was at the drive thru had the worst attitude and she said she can’t use it even though I got it from Starbucks and I use this cup every single day at Starbucks I definitely will not be back and I will let everyone know that this place is not worth the time!!! Good luck staying in business if she still works for you shaking my head!!!

I ordered drinks for my office through Doordash. When the drinks arrived, there was an empty cup in the bag with a note that said my drink was unavailable and to contact Doordash for a refund. Starbucks was supposed to tell the dasher that the drink was unavailable so the dasher could let me know and I could make substitution. They did not say anything to the dasher so they had no clue. I did speak with a Starbucks representative who assured me he would tell his team, which is fine and I appreciate that, but I am not happy with this service and will consider taking my business elsewhere.

I am having a coffee inside, I wanted a ceramic cup, but all they have is paper cups... seems like fast food and lost my interest to be inside this store... not as homie... sorry, covid is over and time to bring the customer in.

Juliana is the most amazing and beautiful worker i have came in contact with. Her dedication to ensure customers satisfaction is spectacular. When my friends drink spilt, Juliana quickly offered to remake it and wipe it up for her. I truly believe she is changing the coffee industry.

The worst parking lot/drive through I’ve ever seen. If you’re entering from the Y and there’s people coming from the other way you cannot swing a vehicle into the long drive through. If you e got a truck be prepared to either do a 6 point turn or drive around to get in

Got there three minutes before my estimated ready by time. I figured with two cars in front of me in line… it would be no big deal. I was scolded by the woman at the speaker and the woman at the window wasn’t any better. The attitude was completely unnecessary. When someone orders in the drive through line vs on the app- you start making the order right away. How is getting there THREE minutes early any different? I just re-downloaded my Starbucks app after deleting it a year ago and I’m reminded why I deleted in in the first place.
