This is the worst starbucks in the country!!! I stoped by to get coffee and I had a personal Starbucks cup and the women that was at the drive thru had the worst attitude and she said she can’t use it even though I got it from Starbucks and I use this cup every single day at Starbucks I definitely will not be back and I will let everyone know that this place is not worth the time!!! Good luck staying in business if she still works for you shaking my head!!!

I ordered drinks for my office through Doordash. When the drinks arrived, there was an empty cup in the bag with a note that said my drink was unavailable and to contact Doordash for a refund. Starbucks was supposed to tell the dasher that the drink was unavailable so the dasher could let me know and I could make substitution. They did not say anything to the dasher so they had no clue. I did speak with a Starbucks representative who assured me he would tell his team, which is fine and I appreciate that, but I am not happy with this service and will consider taking my business elsewhere.

Juliana is the most amazing and beautiful worker i have came in contact with. Her dedication to ensure customers satisfaction is spectacular. When my friends drink spilt, Juliana quickly offered to remake it and wipe it up for her. I truly believe she is changing the coffee industry.

The worst parking lot/drive through I’ve ever seen. If you’re entering from the Y and there’s people coming from the other way you cannot swing a vehicle into the long drive through. If you e got a truck be prepared to either do a 6 point turn or drive around to get in

Got there three minutes before my estimated ready by time. I figured with two cars in front of me in line… it would be no big deal.
I was scolded by the woman at the speaker and the woman at the window wasn’t any better. The attitude was completely unnecessary.
When someone orders in the drive through line vs on the app- you start making the order right away. How is getting there THREE minutes early any different?
I just re-downloaded my Starbucks app after deleting it a year ago and I’m reminded why I deleted in in the first place.

Placed one order for two coffee and took 15 minutes for one to come out and then additional 15 mins for second to come out. Asked for additional creamer (as they never listen to my extra creamer on the ticket I place) and got attitude from the servers and it still wasn’t enough to make the coffee sweet. saw a mom and daughter with one cup waiting on their second longer than the entire time I was in the store.

Placed a pickup order and picked it up at the drive thru they told me to pull ahead at the speaker then when I got to the window after waiting a couple of minutes they said they had many orders before mine and to get out of the line and pick it up in store.

Can’t seem to do anything correct here. Requested no ice, got a cup full of it. Asked for a venti got my cup basically halfway full. Taste like milk too and is supposed to taste like chai tea… I got milk in my fridge. Do not recommend.

Have stopped here several times and have always had great service. Iced Caramel Macchiato and Chocolate Cream Cold Brew were awesome! Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Bathrooms were clean as was the place itself. Will stop here again.
