I am not impressed with this location. The closers shut the lights off on the customers before the store hours ended. The next week they complained to eachother 10 minute before closing that they should have the Closing time song?, you can't stay here. The work counters were still dirty, the garbage still full. Usually Starbucks closers are a flurry of activity at the end of the night. This location has either not trained their employees well or this staff does not actually want to do the work they are being paid for.

I like the old style of having the coffee brood and a large pot. I don't get the grounds in my coffee. I don't like the instant brew because of that fact.

Despite being super busy and being down 4 people on a Saturday morning, this Starbucks and it’s crew did a great job at getting food and drinks out as quickly as possible. The shift manager on duty, Mya, was doing phenomenal job at keeping everything running smoothly, despite being unable to get a hold of the store manager for assistance.
