Terrible drive through service. Took 30 minutes from the order speaker to the window. I could have went over to Festival, bought all the ingredients for tacos and went home to cook them myself in less time.

Ordered simply a 10 piece nugget. Does the item pictured resemble anything you would eat? 5 burnt looking dried out like jerky and 5 more that maybe could’ve been from yesterday? I really like the one broken off piece that is considered a nugget. You guys need to do better, way better.

Absolutely horrendous. Both drive thru lanes were open. No blocked lanes. I went to the order panel in the lane and the lady said “that lane is not open you have to go around and use the other one”. No hello. There were no cars behind me there were no cars on the other lane. There were three cars ahead of me all lined up and now I was stuck behind them. I explained that. I asked why wouldn’t you block the lane then now I’m stuck waiting. She wouldn’t answer and I had to wait over ten minutes while the other three in front of me waited for their food. Unacceptable service and a waste of time. I was told the lady was the manager and she is the one who still said what they did was ok. She insists the lane is not open and they won’t open it with two workers. Her customer service skills are so low she can not understand that making a customer wait in a long line (over ten minutes) without taking their order and NOT blocking their extra lane off is unacceptable service. A proper resolution would have been take the person’s order and close the lane off if you don’t want to use it. Wow.

They forgot more than 3 items, didn’t cut my quesadilla, and when I called the store I was hung up on the first time. Then I called back another 3 or 4 times and each time was told that the line was busy and to call back later. Just horrible.

Don’t waste your time here! Just stopped for lunch and placed the order…never came. Went to ask the status and was just looked at and never acknowledged by three employees.
Place was busy so I would normally give a whole lotta grace involving the time it took to prep my order. One order of burrito dippers took an hour. Lady walks in, with pajama pants, starts helping behind the counter. Working with the nacho fries and then proceeds to eat some for herself. Stared at my burritos and pondered if the food poisoning was going to be worth it or not. Opened them up, prepped horribly. Decide right then I'm tossing them and not rolling the dice. Out of curiosity, ripped one apart to look inside, found hair. House key by the burrito to show how dinky these things are in the attached photo. Always thought the gut rot I got from TBell was from the food, but clearly it's from the person prepping it. Normally would never go out of my way to trash a place, but this was horrible...and disgusting. Absolutely never eating at that location again.

I don't know why I keep giving this location a chance. I have sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes, waited 20+ minutes in the store for mobile orders after they should have been done.

40 minutes for My order with only three cars in front of me. Didn’t even get the order right. Was so over it I didn’t even bother to get my 2 chili cheese burritos they forgot. Do not go to this place. Dave yourself and go to the one on Velp. Will never go to this location again. They can keep the burritos.
