Loved that the worker knew which taco I was talking about when I was describing it because I forgot the name. Hated that my Double Stacker came with hardly any nacho cheese between the shell. & I ordered chips & cheese but I only received a barely quarter full thing of cheese. Kind of hard to eat chips & cheese with no cheese :/

Absolutely horrible…I’m not one to complain but just disappointing. I’ll go to the one on Velp from now on. Got $22 worth of food for my spicy potato taco to have 2 pieces of dry and stale potatoes. 2 nacho bell grandes with barely any toppings and stale chips. A cold chicken quesadilla with absolutely no sauce and barely any meat.

The worker there is SO RUDE!! Me and my friends went there to get some dinner after work, and I asked for them to take the beans out of my burrito, my friend laughed cause she thought it was stupid that I took the beans out. Regardless, thr worker said “Okay you can leave now” and then when I asked why, she said “just go.” This was at 10:30 pm, we had to go to a different Taco Bell. Not only that but when we pulled up she didn’t seem kind whatsoever. She chose to have that job. She needs to go back to training and learn customer service skills.

We drove out of our way from 45 minutes away to come to this particular location. We drove up at 9:18 and watched the staff run to lock the doors then stand inside and watch us. When calling , they answered the phone and said their lobby closed at 9:30 and couldn't unlock the doors because they needed to clean the lobby. Owning restaurant myself, I have never seen employees and a supposed manager turn away business, especially in this day and age. Extremely poor attitude and service. These employees do not belong representing this franchise.

Multiple times have received less than what I ordered. Also the location closes hours before what is stated online. I don't have a high bar for taco bells, despite it being a favorite fast food restaurant for me but this is just a weak attempt to even hit a mediocre level.

We asked for two iced coffees in the drive through and the lady told us to leave and that they were calling the police. She said she didn’t have to serve us, which is obviously true, but we didn’t do anything. Guess they didn’t want our money.

Horrible service the manager was cussing at me in the parking lot and threatened to fight me (I’m 16 she’s 30) Everyone is constantly smoking in the back. And almost every time I get something from there there’s something wrong with the order. They definitely need new management maybe someone who’s not ghetto ash.
Kid-friendliness: Usually blasting rap music and or smoking in the back along with yelling profanity’s not kid friendly at all

First of all I get there and I hear on the microphone this girl kissing this guy then I asked her if I can do three orders on one because there’s no line or anything and it’s 11 at night and me and my buddies were just trying to get food and she says no so I go around three times in order three times and on the third time she doesn’t serve me for no reason and she was very rude and disrespectful it was the emo one
