Literally the slowest “fast food” restaurant. Don’t go unless you want to wait 45 mins+ for food (not exaggerating) I’ve given it a couple chances and been disappointed both times.

Used drive thru at 9am for breakfast on way to work. All cars asked to park and wait. After about 15 min (and late for work) I attempted to find out what was the problem. They locked all doors and nobody would answer by banging on the doors. Of the 4 cars waiting, 2 of us had to leave for work. They have my money & food. No idea how you can lock up a fast food place, communicate nothing and expect people to park and wait endlessly. This place seems to have some serious staffing issues. Based on other reviews, this 'problem' isn't an outlier! Follow up: There is a reason this place has so many 1-star ratings. And not ONE response from the franchise owner.

Once again, I’m about to eat my food with a pocket knife and drink my drink with a straw I had to borrow from the store next-door. I don’t understand how it’s this difficult to add utensils to an order. Are you guys smoking that much? Is your mom your sister? I don’t understand.

We got the taco box and the tacos were amazing! They were well assembled, good amount of ingredients and everyone was friendly! I feel like the staffing in the last year has improved for the better!!!

Terrible drive through service. Took 30 minutes from the order speaker to the window. I could have went over to Festival, bought all the ingredients for tacos and went home to cook them myself in less time.

Ordered simply a 10 piece nugget. Does the item pictured resemble anything you would eat? 5 burnt looking dried out like jerky and 5 more that maybe could’ve been from yesterday? I really like the one broken off piece that is considered a nugget. You guys need to do better, way better.
