Cutest little cafe with awesome food and staff is all family. We stopped to have breakfast, we were snowmobiling up in Eagle River area, returning to Appleton area, and after we pulled into the parking lot, we had major vehicle issues. The staff was extremely helpful, cook came out and looked at our vehicle, gave us recommendations of who to call for assistance. Every person that came into the cafe was so friendly and kind. One of the local patrons offered to pay our bill, but we had already covered that. If you get the opportunity to stop here, do it. This is small town America at it's finest!

Quaint roadside café. The menu was very diverse with everything from full sit down breakfast, american food and a variety of mexican food entrees
Prices were very affordable and service was excellent.

5 Stars to this Cafe not only for the delicious “Good Burger” should be called “Best Burger” in my opinion , but also welcoming us in after closing time through our closing time confusion. Thank you for a fantastic meal and friendly service. Can’t wait to visit again within business hours 😊
Great stop on our way home from 3 Lakes

Biscuits are hard as other reviews suggest Gravy is envelope gravy (🙁) Mexican eggs were awesome and hubby said best pancakes around.

I come here a few times a month and the last couple of times the breakfast food wasn't up to snuff. The service is always great and the place is very nice so I hope they can fix the food piece.

Worse fish fry in town . It was like eating mush was grease and the chicken noodle soup tasted like it was in a cooker for 15 hrs . Only thing that tasted good was the crackers that came with the soup.

We stopped in for dinner and had great service and the food was delicious! We have been to several other restaurants around Summit Lake and Pelican Lake and this one is the best! My only complaint is that I wished we had discovered this gem sooner! 😁
I was in town doing a side job and had to stop at this small town diner with amazing Oreo pancakes and a great humble atmosphere.

We decided to try May Mays Cafe (formerly Ruby Mays) last night for dinner. We got there about 6pm. We had steak tacos with salad and a grilled chicken wrap w/sweet potato fries. They also brought us a couple rolls that James thought tasted like Sopapillas. They came very warm and with a cinnamon butter. They were delish!
The waitstaff was friendly and kind. Her and the cook collided while going into the kitchen and spilled the SP fries, so she brought me a few on the plate that didn't spill and then got me more. The 2nd batch were cooked much darker and she was very apologetic about them being overcooked but actually...they were better...and for me PERFECT. I love all my fries or chips cooked so they are crispy. I will order them extra crispy from now on.
Quite large menu. Prices are good. Nice staff. I don't know if they take card...maybe they do? But they do have an ATM if needed.

Well...very small....only 5 tables...waitress was great all around...cheese curds were edible...Ranch was more like mayo and 10 BUCKS!!! Certainly not worth that...buns were very very good! Deep friend she said...different but good! My husband and I both ordered hamburgers...I bit into mine and immediately knew something was wrong...smelled it and it was DEFINITELY bad meat...looked at my husband's and his top bun was COVERED in mold!!!! We immediately got up to pay the bill and leave...waitress was very kind and didn't charge us for anything...so we tipped her and left ruining our appetites for the rest of the day. Oh! And....VERY expensive for a small side of the road Cafe to begin with! Burger was $14 bucks itself!
