We were greeted with a smile and immediate beverage service. We had lunch today consisting of their specialty salad with cranberries, Asiago, and salmon; fish taco special with cheese curds, and Rueben sandwich. I highly recommend Ruby Mays for their unique menu, friendly atmosphere, and great staff.

Spent the day wandering northern Wisconsin. We found this charming cafe. Inside was comfortable and inviting. We ate outside under the umbrella. I had an Uncle Rico's burger. Wow and yum! Fresh burger, cheese, jalapenos, onion, mushroom and special hit sauce with sweet potato wedges. Excellent Husband had Ruben. He enjoyed it so much that he didn't share. The table next to us had HUGE salads. They looked good. You will not be disappointed. When you're finished, drive a few more miles north to a cute shop and ice cream stand valles Shabby Shack. It will be a nice way to spend the afternoon.

On our way up north, we decided to stop here for lunch. Our party of 4 was immediately seated. Cute bar. A member of our party ordered coffee. Came almost immediately. Ordered the 45 North hamburger. Burger cooked great. Wonderful flavor. Big E sandwich was great. Side salad was fresh and crispy. Fast service. Only accept cash and check. ATM in restaurant. Rest room is very clean. Decor is very cool. Country Music playing. Awesome experience at RubyMays Cafe. Next time we'll try breakfast! Be back soon!

Just love the place. Wish I could have gone there even more times than I did. Such a welcome respite in the Northwoods near Post, Bass and other lakes. Can't wait for next year.
