So amazed by the hard work of this staff to help me surprise my son in Los Angeles, to satisfy his craving for a Cousin's sub. They listened kindly to my long story and presented me with two carefully wrapped, deconstructed Ham & Cheese subs - which my son and his wife devoured upon my arrival. So grateful for their kindness and hard work. (I also ordered a sandwich for lunch before taking off. DELICIOUS.)

They decided not to honor the girls lacrosse team reusable coupon. Which is the only reason why i bought them in the first place. The owner could have been cool and just took it for the business as a profit. Nope, the wife had to come to our table to resolve to no avail. No discouunt was given and we will not be returning. The mequon cousins is waaay better, what an uncomfortable lunch! Also my wife came in for a sandwich some time back and she was turned away 30 minutes before close because they said that they have already cleaned the prep area….!? I love to patronize my local business but cmon guys!

Shake was served runny and too much chocolate syrup. I mentioned this and the response was non apologetic and I was told it was made properly. This is not my first shake at a Cousin’s, I know what Im talking about.

I have been coming here for years and specifically this year this team has been incredible! Always ready when I’m there and they are incredibly nice! Big shout out to the man working behind the grill, every time I’m in he’s on his game with pick ups and is super friendly, if he’s not manager he deserves to be! Keep up the good work everyone.

Review number one: Online order last week. Stopped to pick up sandwich for my Mom. When I unwrapped the "club" at her house to serve, there was no meat.Web site lists ham and turkey as part of the sandwich. Not mine.Felt cheated, so looked at the receipt which clearly listed the ham and turkey. I called the Thiensville location and ended up with the employee pretty much calling me a liar, as he said he remembered my order, and he personally put both the ham and turkey on my sandwich. Told him i was prepared to bring him back the meatless sandwich and he again reiterated he put on both meats. So really? I have ordered party boxes from this location multiple times so now I am trying to get something for free? Terrible customer service skills. Employee told me I didnt need to bring back the sandwich and would credit my online purchase. (which did happen)Review number two: Stopped yesterday and ordered a sandwich to go. Two customers in front of me. Placed my order and stood off to the side to wait. Watching the two guys building the orders left me wondering when I may receive my purchase. Seemed to be having a great time chatting each other up, one bragging to the other about being named employee of the month. No sense of urgency here at all. A lady came out behind the counter and asked me if she could take my order. Told her I was still waiting.Then asked her what time it was. I placed my order at 2:06 pm as stated on my pickup receipt. She responded it was now 2:24. I asked why it was taking so long to get my order. The guys behind the counter looked stunned at me inquiring and called me out on it. She indicated she was on break prior. Again, what I would expect from this location on customer service skills. The lady offered me free fries, chips or whatever to apologize for this delay. I told her all I wanted was my sandwich on a timely basis. I cannot recommend this location. One of these guys is employee of the month? Wow.

Came in at 7:45 after a long day craving a pepperoni melt… the two young men behind the counter looked confused and told me they couldn’t get me a sub because they already “turned off the grill for the night”? Honestly just really disappointed, it wasn’t that late. I worked customer service and we would never do that. :(

I ordered 2 subs and both had ingredients on there that I didn’t order. I understand making a mistake with like tomatoes or lettuce but onions on there. My child didn’t want his sub and I didn’t want mines either so I threw it away because even after removing the onions it still had a strong onion smell on it. My strawberry shake was really good but that’s all I got out of my trip there. Very disappointing.
