Very nice restaurant. We came here for dinner. My wife had the pulled pork sandwich with green beans. I had the brisket with a side order of collard greens. Both meals were delicious! My first time having collard greens and was impressed with how they were made. Great place to dine in or take out. Thank you!!

You order at the desk and they bring you the food. BBQ was very good. Our table had Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, Brisket, and Brats. All were very tasty. BBQ sauce was good but nothing special. We ordered our food without buns as we cannot eat white bread and it came with them anyway. Not hard to remove the meat, but it was a waste of the buns. Baked beans were good but nothing special. Green beans were not very good at all. Didn't seem like they were fresh. Corn bread was very tasty and moist. I wanted butter and honey for the cornbread and was given melted butter, not sure if there was honey in it or not. A little strange but not bad. Servers reminded customers to remove their trays and dispose of their own garbage. I didn't mind, but seemed a little off to ask when they were standing there. All and all it was a nice place to eat.

AMAZING!!! I WAS SKEPTICAL but we ordered and were blown away! The meat was so juicy and tender on the chicken sandwich honestly didn't want to eat the bun it deminished the taste of the chicken, husband got the ½ rack ribs and the meet just fell off the bone was full of flavor!

I ordered the hotdogs, he ordered the 2 Meat combo. Everything was delicious! Portions are good, and very filling. Loved the friendly service, and the homey atmosphere and music. Felt very southern soul.
I would recommend stopping in and giving this place a try. Had the pulled pork sandwich green and mac. All 3 were on point. Was skeptical at first being so far from the South. They had it going on. They did not cover the meat in sauce which to me is very important. Gives one a chance to actually taste the meat and decide what sauce or how much you would like to use. Most definitely will return.
I’ve been getting food here for years. It’s always delicious and a surprisingly good value. You get a meal here for the same you end up spending on fast food but BP is significantly better. The only downside here is they’re tucked away and you forget they’re there!
