Ordered a couple of cheeseburgers. Stale bun, old dried out patty probably sitting around for hours. The worst burger at a DQ ever. My wife and I enjoy DQ on road trips but this place should be closed down it's not the kind of food service Warren Buffet usually supports. 0 stars

On 9/7/2024 at around 6:30pm I ordered a meal with cheese curds instead of fries. The cashier entered the order incorrectly and when I asked to fix it they said I will have to pay for the curds. Ok, that's fine. Until they told me I would pay full price for curds and not the upgrade cost. Why should I pay for their mistake? Why would I pay for the fries I didn't order AND the cheese curds? The supervisor wouldn't budge and I let them know I will be writing a review and the response was "Oh, wow". They couldn't care less.

They always have good ice cream and the blue raspberry freeze is my favorite. I hope they will always have it. The fries aren't as good as they used to be but it's a good place to go for ice cream.

I'm here to say that I have experienced the crowd of staff rippin cigs in front of the store. They head in quickly when someone pulls in whatever.. idc. The food is good. I didnt find any hair like previous reviews. Idk I'd have them smoke in the back or something it does look tacky. The lady shown in the picture review never smoked tho.

if i could rate this 0 i would. me & my family came here after graduation & all the employees were outside smoking by the front door. they headed inside when they saw us coming to the door & when we got into the store it reeked of their cigarettes, & we were told they’ll be with us in a minute. even though, there were 4 employees who were all just spending a break together outside. after ordering our food, i found a black hair in my blizzard & i couldn’t even go up to the counter to get it fixed because all the employees had exited the building AGAIN to smoke at the entrance of the store. this is so incredibly insane & unprofessional. i’ll continue to let people know how bad my experience was here because, after reading the reviews nothing else is being done with this store to fix these HEALTH ISSUES & ABANDONMENT ISSUES.

Hair in blizzard. So disgusting. Once I found it I kept stirring it around (really to just make it look like I was enjoying it because my husband made a special stop for me for it) and then found 3 more freaking hairs!!! Unreal. Will never ever return.
i drove up to the drive thru and the lady on the headset cut me off immediately to rudely tell that me that she couldn’t hear me. i then spoke louder, which prompted her yell at me “you don’t have to yell you can just pull up to the speaker” again very rudely. i was right in front of the speaker already. i told her that, which she had nothing to say to. i’m sorry your speaker sucks and it was raining but that is not my fault. also my bad for “yelling” after you said you couldn’t hear me. absolutely horrible customer service.

Very high prices. I ordered the corn dog basket with cheese curds and a medium mango pineapple smoothie. It was over 17 dollars just for my order. Some of the employees need to take the time to make sure the big chunks of ice are blended. The last couple of times I got a smoothie I had to put it in my blender to chop the big chunks of ice up. Food tastes great. Just over priced.
