Absolutely terrible, placed a online prepaid order for pickup. 9 cars in drive up window,a line out the door for walk up. Had wrong coffee made,wrong sandwich, and not the donuts I ordered. This place is a joke. Drive up window is horribly placed for pick up. Waited 30 minutes for a prepaid online order.

I enjoy dunkin but for the prices and the fact that your order is just as likely to be wrong as it is to be right, I quit giving them my business a while ago. My wife just ordered from this location for her and I and our 2 kids, and four items are missing. It's beyond unacceptable
