I was SUPER DISAPPOINTED!!!! I ordered 4 chicken tenders and they were so small they looked like baby perch! The amount you get for what you pay for is a total crime ! What they served me tasted nothing like KFC taste !!! The fries were put in the chicken oil ! It was disgusting ! We were there at the height of supper hour and no one was in the parking lot or drive thru! ! I can’t believe this place is still in business ! ! ! We had to go bk through the drive thru to order 3 more chicken strips. They are ruining what used to be great tasting ! I will never go bk ! I can’t let this out.. this meal went through me asap ! And totally smelt like chicken ! Totally discussing !! !

Wow, how small can the chicken strips be. Get bigger strips and raise the price. We had to order more strips to fill us up, and we are not overweight. I met the real Colonal Sanders, and he would be furious at the lack of satisfaction to the customer.

Service is always super slow, was sitting in the drive through for almost 30 minutes. And when I've gone inside it's been a similar wait time. Not even a rush hour either. Not "fast food"

Most terrible fast food service I have ever encountered. It was UGLY. Dine in took 30 minutes to get our food, then another 15 minutes as they couldn't fulfill a simple 8 piece meal and was short chicken.

The drive thru people are always so amazing and kind which makes me in a better mood for how long the wait was. But the manager, she is a horrible person. She YELLED at her worker for greeting me saying “I apologize for the wait maam” saying he shouldn’t be having “conversations about the wait”. I thought it was very kind of him to say that even though it was not his fault but to yell at your staff so loud, that I can hear it through the CLOSED window, is horrible. He did nothing wrong to be yelled at that way. The way she made him feel made me DISGUSTED. I understand what it’s like being a GM at an understaffed, chaotic place but I CHERISH my HARD WORKERS. I would NEVER yell at them the way she did. So disgusting that I refuse to ever buy something from here if she is managing. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!!!!

I don't understand why this place has such low scores I've eaten here about 4 different times and each time everyone was nice and the food was good reminded me of how kfc use to taste from back in the day sadly alot of locations no longer taste like that way better than lacrosse location I recommend to give them a chance

Food was cold. Tables and floors were dirty. Said no gravy on mashed potatoes three times and they still put gravy on it. Chicken wasn't done completely. Nobody smiled. Overall not a good experience.

I arrived in the drive thru and waited 10 minutes with 2 vehicles ahead to place my order and then I waited another 20 minutes to get up to the window and 20 more for my food. When I got to the window I asked what was taking so long and was told you can only cook the chicken so fast and we are busy and have been all day. No I'm sorry, nothing but a rude look on the girls face. She hands me my drinks and card back with the same rude look. Then proceeds to turn and complain to the staff and laughing as the person working on filling the orders felt the need to come over and tell me I needed to have some patience and that it was busy and the person who was at the window was only her second day. Again, no I apologize or sorry. The delay wasn't the chicken, the trays were full of chicken. She was just very slow and kept staring at the screens. There was one younger man who watched and heard the exchanges and did apologize for the delay. Very poor service and from all the reviews this was obviously not an isolated incident. So many comments about the slowness.
