If I would give this place less than one star I would. I just called up the manager to complain about an order that I had last night cuz my chicken was old and she threatened to call the cops on me. I'm telling you people don't ever go to this place. It's a nastiest place I've ever seen. You call up to complain and they threaten to call the cops on you.. I would suggest going to Kwik Trip right next door and buying their chicken over this horrible place. The manager who threatened to call the cops on me her name was Amy rather than being a stand-up person and saying I'm sorry for putting out bad food. She threatened to call the cops on me. This place is absolutely horrible

We stopped at this KFC for the second time in a few months even though we weren't to impressed the first time. The older lady behind the counter filling orders is loud when talking to her coworkers, no bad language just things the customers don't need to hear. The garbage cans were overflowing, the drink dispenser needed to be refilled. We placed our order and several minutes later we were told there was a fifteen minute wait on the chicken thighs, it was still more than 30 minutes after that to get our food. After all the waiting they got one of the orders wrong, was supposed to be white meat and got all dark meat. They are so slow it's ridiculous. Needless to say with all the other restaurants in town we will not be stopping at this KFC again. Management really needs to take a close look at how these people are running this location.

Not only is the service so very slow, my order wasn’t even correct! So very frustrating! You pay so much money and it’s not even correct and then they want you to drive back to get what should have been correct in the first place! No offer to make it right!

I went today for a late lunch, and the ladies were busy! Filling orders, running them outside to waiting cars. They were communicating with each other, never complained about how busy they were, and were talking and laughing. It was very refreshing to just hear them getting the job done and having fun while doing it!

Great service! I used the last towel in the restroom. I mentioned it to an employee. The employee said he would fill the paper towels right away. He did. I went to wash my hands before I left and the towel dispenser was full. Friendly staff too.
I ordered takeout online to pick up. The order was not ready when we got there to pick it up at my pre scheduled. 2 of the 3 mashed potatoes I ordered were only half full and also the Mac and Cheese was only half full . I paid 50 dollars and feel I didn’t get my moneys worth.

Consistently slow service. It doesn’t matter if you order in person or if you order online for a scheduled pickup. You will wait for 30-45 minutes. They would prefer customers wait rather than risk having too much chicken at the end of the day. This is my last time eating here.

Ww stopped here on our way to northern Wisconsin from indiana. The person taking our order was really nice but after we order and paid she pulled us forward. We waited almost 30 minutes for our food. We only got 2 chicken Littles and a 3 piece chicken strip. Once we got the food and checked it was correct I started to eat once we got down rhe road and my chicken on the chicken Littles was rubbery and fatty. I couldn't eat it. The chicken strips were the same way.

Tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt after a bad experience a couple weeks ago, but it was ridiculously slow again today in the drive thru. Should not take 20-30 min with 2-3 cars in front of a person. I’m going to be late getting back to work: hire more people!
