HORRIBLE SERVICE!! waited 10 minutes at front counter for disgusting food. If you want processed dog meat come here. Very unsanitary food was everywhere in the kitchen and lobby. My daughter’s fries were so cold she started crying. We also paid $31 on a $29 order on accident and we didn’t get our correct change back. Very disappointed McDonald’s very.

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. had to wait 10 minutes to get my order taken. VERY unsanitary and there was spilled food all over the kitchen and dining area.

Cashier speaking so soft was hard to here her. And not paying attention to information given about wanting no pickles and extra onions hamburger came with extra pickles and no onions big Mac was ice cold Frye's we're warmer than hamburger through burger in trash

Every table was dirty and pop station was a pig stie at 8:00 pm on Friday night. I'm ashamed to call this a Tomah restaurant. Please work on this, it doesn't take much to wipe down tables and clean up a bit. Where are your managers or shift leads?Front kiosk was out of receipt paper I mentioned it and they said, we don't want to change it. A thank you would have been better recieved. Please clean it up.
Employee messed up my mobile order and then when I called about it she talked shit the whole time in the store while my kid was right there
