This is ridiculous. You order something and ask for no cheese and that pit cheese on it but take the lettuce off. And you people want 15 dollars an hour. You cant even get a simple order right. Come on!

Burger buns were hard and old, but reason I’m writing this review is because a worker walked into the bathroom same time I did, she went to the bathroom and flushed and walked out without washing her hands. You can hear the automatic soap dispenser and the super loud Dyson air dyer and she didn’t use either and walked out. And when I refilled my drink you could see her in the kitchen handing food. We are very disgusted after we had just eaten before this happened.

The only customers. Waited 5+ minutes for my food; Burger and two orders of fries. The fries were were really old. And my burger was so lazily made it was half off the bun. I should have gotten my receipt for a refund. 7:50pm Jan 17th, 2026.

Basically nobody around to take orders, so you have to use the self-serve kiosk. Everything else was normal McDonald’s.

We stopped by on our way to MN and this place was great. Our daughter had to use the bathroom and the men's bathrooms were full so she went to the girls room where she was kindly helped by one of the employees. My wife was in the drive through with our son so when we got back from the bathroom we were on our way.
The food was great with the fries and Deluxe Quarter Pounders very fresh, more fresh than we have had in recent memory at any McDonalds. During our time inside everyone seemed friendly, with cleaning bathrooms and a good environment inside.
We will definitely be back.

We just came through their drive-thru and they remembered that we always get utensils for the specific fact of being able to cut our sandwich in half 10 out of 10

This McDonalds stands out amongst the rest! Food is always correct and fresh. Employees are kind. Manager? Amanda is extremely professional and kind. They do an amazing job!!

Wife and I went there to get food asked for a plain hamburger by mistake the corrected it with the person at the window said I wanted a hamburger still got a plain burger went around front walked in and asked for a regular burger you know what they normally put on a McDonald’s burger. They came back with just a burger with onions on it. Not impressed with service there when I told 2 people what I wanted and still didn’t get what I wanted.

They REALLY need GF options. Even if it's just a Gluten-Free bun like Culver's. Whenever we order we order without the bun and without breading of any kind, we struggle with cross contamination everywhere but My son is now 18 and has been diagnosed with Celiacs Disease since the age of 5. He's always loved McDonald's but could never really have it. Celiacs disease aside, gluten-free is becoming a bigger thing. You'd think more places would offer GF options.

On Sunday 10/26/25 we stopped through drive thru we waited in line for 15mins when getting to the window we paid and received drinks. A young girl with a res hat handed out half of the food and said have a good one and closed the window. I waited and said excuse me we are missing half of our order we have the 2 kids meals and the #2 were missing 5 sandwiches. The girl brought a manager to the window she came to the window with an attitude and stated I need the food back and the reciept I stated my kids are already eating were missing 5 sandwiches. She told me I need to pull up bcuz of drive thru times and I stated I've already waited for over 15mins and your attitude will have me sit right here and wait. She said if you dont move now I'm refunding your money and you can go I said then give me my money back. She took off to a counter register and there were 2 younger girls standing by the window and I asked them what her name was and they ignored me and closed the window I do the the little girls on camera. She shoved money at me and i asked what her name was she said Christy and shut the window on my face. The managers Attitude was completely unacceptable for their own mess up I had almost a 45.00 order and only received half the food and was not being rude until I received rudeness this customer will respond accordingly and contacting cooperate offices today because generally in house discipline doesnt happen.
