HORRIBLE SERVICE!! waited 10 minutes at front counter for disgusting food. If you want processed dog meat come here. Very unsanitary food was everywhere in the kitchen and lobby. My daughter’s fries were so cold she started crying. We also paid $31 on a $29 order on accident and we didn’t get our correct change back. Very disappointed McDonald’s very.

Every table was dirty and pop station was a pig stie at 8:00 pm on Friday night. I'm ashamed to call this a Tomah restaurant. Please work on this, it doesn't take much to wipe down tables and clean up a bit. Where are your managers or shift leads?Front kiosk was out of receipt paper I mentioned it and they said, we don't want to change it. A thank you would have been better recieved. Please clean it up.

I am not a fan of McDonald's food, but they have really good coffee. We needed a little pick-me-up on a 3 hour drive home. This McDonald's was conveniently located for a quick off and back on the Interstate.

Family friendly, brand new inside. They have a TV and screen for kids to play with
I can't stand how the only customer service is through a kiosk. No matter how long you stand at the register and wait for the people just milling around to help you, they always seem disturbed by your presence. I will not be returning to McDonald's, despite the fact that my grandkids love the nuggets. Argh!

Stopped here on our way out of town for a three hour drive. Both lines were backed up. Finally able to order and I ordered a fish sandwich which was a big mistake. The tartar sauce was coming out on all sides. What a mess! And then find that there are no napkins in the bag. There was so much tartar sauce it was dripping off and got it on my new shirt. Thanks McDonalds. At least the driver had something different. We'll go somewhere else next time where we can get napkins with our food.

I’m not from here. I get to this McDonald’s 10/17 at 11:10 pm starving from work. I order on the app. I pull up to the screen. Someone asks for my code. I provide it. I’m sitting at the screen for about 3 minutes with nothing. All the sudden, some kid comes out and tells me that they are closed for maintenance. No signs- nothing. There were about 5 other people waiting as well. Poor management- other reviews are very telling.
