My goodness, if I could give the service a 0, I would! How dang pathetic this very Papa's has consistently disappointed. Called at 7:33pm and they close at 8pm. I was told they couldn't do online or over the phone order. So, I drove there to order the pizza instead. Before walking in we had the 4 employees letting us know, they knew that we were the ones that called. Ordered my order and waited 10 mins while they continued cleaning. Walked out at 7:55pm with my pizza. They were in such a hurry they forgot to make my 🍕. Lol. Such a pathetic situation. Side note, this has happened several times at this particular establishment. Very disappointed.

Went to order a large thin crust cowboy pizza and they were out of the thin crust, mushrooms and black olives, which is two of the major toppings for this pizza. Thinking about never returning. Oh by the way, they claimed that were out of dimes and nickels for proper change, so I could not get my correct change.

I placed an online order at 7:30 in the morning for a 2 o’clock pick up. At 2:45 they still weren’t ready. They just started working on them. This is unacceptable. The Employee said she was the only one there even though there were three other people working

I'VE been coming to papa murphy's here in tomah for 3 years every Tuesday. I CAN'T BELIEVE THE HELP . Today I asked for a thin crust and got a medium, the older lady can't remember a more difficult request. No owe there to help.

Ordered online 2 hrs before pick up and still had to wait 5 minutes for it to made when I arrived 10 minutes past pickup time.

When you enter, employees are always first to say hello and if not a smile they be cheerful. Employees are courteous and efficient and ensure communication of your order is understood and confirmed! 👍👍💥🔥💯

Not exactly sure who is managing the place now but the quality of this store has gone down significantly. While the food is fine and subpar at best, the staff is nice but seems utterly miserable beneath the new owner. Not to mention I had seen one of the older men working at the store pick up food from underneath the grates and just throw it back onto the pizza! I could write an essay on how unsanitary and just plain gross this store is. Do not come here!
