Desperately needed wifi and the nostalgia of personal pan pizza was the icing on the cake. The server was great and never let my water glass go empty. What more can you ask for when you are out of country trying to get your cell service going as it should? Canadian with a bad cellular provider - Bell if you are wondering.

Food was good. Ordered pizza which had 20 minute wait, no big deal. App told me the pizza was done. I arrived a few minutes later and was told it was not done. Overall not bad just a little frustrating.
Personally it seems like every time we get delivery from there or place an order for delivery something always goes wrong and we don't get the stuff we asked for most the time we have to call them back and usually wind up arguing with an employee about it but this time we didn't bother but it was irritating to have just a fork with the pasta no parmesan no red pepper flakes no plates no ranch that we paid for or any marinara sauce that comes with it wife was very upset and complained about it greatly

I’m given a delivery time of 4:20pm. Around 4:45pm I’m notified my order has been transferred to DoorDash. I’m given a new delivery time of 5:07pm. My ‘food’ arrives at 5:33pm and it is cold, congealed, and clearly was made over an hour earlier: and there are no beverages … I complain on the app and to PH corporate with no response a week and a half later. What a joke …

They allowed the car in front of me at the drive thru to sit and wait almost twenty minutes for their food. Couldn't leave the line due to four vehicles behind me. Called and asked them to have the car pull up to wait and they did not.
