Hits more often than not. Every now and then, someone back there doesn't have a clue what they're doing, but they mean well

I asked a batista named Connor for an unconventional drink and it was amazing and he had great customer service skills. The drink tasted good and I will be coming back again

Slowest Starbucks ever. I came in to order 3 items with hardly no one waiting in line. I received 2 items after 5 minutes but had to wait 20 minutes to get a simple caffe mocha. Many people were waiting for their drinks as well. Very inefficient service. Don’t recommend anyone coming to this location.

I would give zero stars if I could. My 87 year old grandma, my mom, and myself stopped by this Caribou yesterday on an 8 hour road trip home from a funeral. Tired and needing coffee and a bathroom, we came to this Starbucks at 8:40pm. I understand that it closes at 9pm but naturally, if a store is not closed yet, I'm assuming I can still use their bathroom and be served. We pulled in and saw the baristas inside behind the counter. After we got out and walked up to the door, it was locked, and suddenly the baristas had disappeared. Nothing on the door or online said that the lobby closed early while the drive thru remained open. I was a manager at a chain coffee shop and that usually isn't how it works anyway. Even if that were the case, you would think they would come to the door when we knocked and apologize and explain the situation instead of hiding. Tired and desperate for a bathroom, my mom walked around to the drive thru window to see if she could grab someone's attention. To her disgust, the barista was crouched behind the counter, hiding from our view. Embarrassed, she came to the window and told my mom that they have to lock the doors while they count the money. 1. You do not have to do that as drawers get counted multiple times a day and no doors need to be locked, it just has to be done in the back room. 2. You are not allowed to lock the door to prevent customers from coming in until close time. It seems that these baristas were trying to get out of their shift as early as possible by preventing customers from being served. As a person with a degree in management, this is absolutely unacceptable and I really hope that these kids working last night, July 31st at 8:40pm get a training on customer service and proper closing protocol. I will never be stopping at this particular Starbucks ever again and it turns me off to the chain as a whole. We had to load my almost 90 year old grandma back into the car and go to a crummy gas station in order to use the restroom and get coffees. Beyond disappointed.

Pricy but always good tasting coffee, take advantage of the deals they have going on some days. The app and signing up for emails let's you know when they are going on.

Make sure you order before you get here because a counter order gets slotted after mobile/drive through. Unacceptable wait time when traveling.
