Drinks are terrible. Like way worse than any other Starbucks I've been to. They took a long time to make them too and we were the only people there.

Waited for an order for well over 20 minutes and they informed me after making it they can’t honor the modification to the drink on the order. Next time, please inform your customers up front
Also, a note to the manager - your attitude is not appreciated… that was one of the WORST responses I have ever received from any Starbucks

This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been in. 10 out of 10 in every category. The baristas were so kind and helpful, helped me choose coffee and a cold brew maker. Would definitely return. Amazingly job!!

I am a soldier I came in in uniform to a Starbucks that claims to be partnered with the military with 6 other soldiers they all got drinks I asked for water and they said no Cassie and Paige were extremely rude and very unprofessional I would go further to say that I was the only black soldier in a group of white soldiers I have never been denied water in a Starbucks

The coffee was great and the building was very nice! The employees were polite. Our experience here was a good one. There was a bit of a wait when we were there, but overall it was a great visit and some good coffee! Their drive thru is not organized the best… there were cars backed up into the road…. and there were only three cars in line. We chose to go in.

The vanilla shake really good.It's just really sniffing there and I just don't think it's good.But the service is really good every time I go on the drive thru.

It’d be nice to know that they’re out of one of the main ingredients in my drink, might change my choice of drink. This wasn’t the case and when I asked for a substitution or alternative AFTER I received my drink, they just looked at me like I was stupid. Great service.

Please teach the cashiers to give correct change. Nothing worse than having to explain to the cashier that they gave you the wrong change and they look at you and say no that should be correct. Rather than waiting any longer (because this is the slowest Starbucks in the nation) I left short changed .... Be careful paying cash ....
