Me and my sister were at this starbucks and this alari girl had a really bad attitude at first then got the cops called on us because we were “falling asleep behind the wheel and slurring our words” which was not the case, when the cops came they had talked to them, and they changed the story. We ended up being let go because we weren’t under the influence of anything. We believed this was a racial issue, i’ve heard about how she is as a worker as well.

Terrible service. No one looks up to when you have a question about your order. Ordered a pike place hot coffee but couldn't tell if it was mine because it didn't have a name on it. You feel completely ignored. Ice coffee was supposed to have cream, but ended up with sweet cream. Please put out creamer; I know how much I want in my coffee .

I am a soldier I came in in uniform to a Starbucks that claims to be partnered with the military with 6 other soldiers they all got drinks I asked for water and they said no Cassie and Paige were extremely rude and very unprofessional I would go further to say that I was the only black soldier in a group of white soldiers I have never been denied water in a Starbucks

The coffee was great and the building was very nice! The employees were polite. Our experience here was a good one. There was a bit of a wait when we were there, but overall it was a great visit and some good coffee! Their drive thru is not organized the best… there were cars backed up into the road…. and there were only three cars in line. We chose to go in.
