If I had to describe this place with one word, it would be incompetent. 15 minutes for them to throw some meat and lettuce on bread, just for it to be one of the worst looking sandwiches ever. What a joke.

Skip this one guys. Was really craving subway and got possibly the sloppiest sandwich I've ever gotten that just left a bad taste in my mouth. Ingredients did not look fresh, I almost just said forget about it but I was already ordering when I noticed. Employees seemed overwhelmed with the 5 people that were in there. I truly HATE leaving reviews like this but I just wouldn't come here again. Maybe this place is just understaffed?

It took 20+ minutes for one sandwich, and the employees were not friendly. Definitely skip this and go to Culver’s next door. Yikes..

By far the slowest fast food place in town. Over 10mins for 1 sandwich that wasn't toasted or heated in the drive thru makes me never want to eat here again. That and the annoying touch screen menu that doesn't have all the options and options they don't even have at the same time. Would not recommend coming here if you want a quick sandwich.

They don't accept coupons and they are way more expensive than most Subways. You get 3 pickles when you order extra, so this place is just out to rip you off the best they can. The owner is a scam artist, not a sandwich artist.

Pull in at 9:05 on a Friday night. Online says they close at 9:30. Already waiting on customers but locked the door! PATHETIC!!! Watched 3 people pull in right after me and none of them got in.

I've been here twice in two weeks. The customer service is awful. They don't have all the drinks online and if you leave notes for something different they just give you a Pepsi. The way they speak to you is demeaning and they don't even greet you. The straws were already in the drinks and they were not wearing gloves. Time for some new employees.

When we pulled up to the drive through there was one car in the parking lot. We placed our order, pulled up to the window, 7 minutes pass before anyone even attempts to speak to us for us to pay. While taking our payment five cars pull up. Instead of managing time correctly, they made us sit there until all of the other cars sandwiches were done and when I received my sandwich that was supposed to be toasted it was cold. I do not recommend. Too expensive to sit and wait forever.
