This location is a roller coaster in terms of quality. Some months it’s great and others not so much. As of recently it’s been a low. Bad ratios, wrong orders, cold food, and old/crunchy rice. The most recent incident being a case of a poorly made order. The workers don’t seem to read the details, if I ask for something to be adjusted it never is.

I’ve been a regular at the Taco Bell in Tomah, Wisconsin, for about half a month now, and I must say, the experience has been consistently fantastic. Tried to stop for lunch but they make the customer use a kiosk at the counter to order while employees stand around. No thanks, I left and got food elsewhere

There's a pregnant lady working that was super rude. I asked why 5 drive through customers were fully served before me. I ordered before all of them inside. She was very nasty and said I should have gone through the drive through. Why so nasty

We got here we are told we were not allowed to place an order with an actual person we had to use the kiosk. All the staff was incredibly rude. Waited over 20 minutes for our order only for it to come out wrong and ice cold. Then I was given attitude when I asked them to be remade. There was an older man who was quite snotty as well.The ice machine wasn’t working . 3 staff sitting in the lobby, taking a break. . Worst experience here ever.

The food was great. It was delicious and made quickly. The staff was busy cleaning and fixing furnishings in the dining area of the restaurant when we arrived. We waited at the counter for some time before someone acknowledged that we were there. When they came to take our order it had to be cash only. They claimed the computer was only hooked up to the self service kiosks for debit cards. I wanted someone to take our order and let me pay at the counter. Kiosks are very impersonal. I recommend giving customers a choice as to how to order and pay.
