Always inconsistent, it's either not cooked enough or it's over cooked. Tried tried tried many times after yesterday no more chances. Do yourself a favor and get pizza from pizones instead.

We moved here and while the movers were delivering our household goods I asked what was a good pizza restaurant in town. The gentleman recommended Uptown pizza. The pizza was okay at best while being overcooked. The lady that served us was very friendly but that just can't get around the low quality pizza. We left most of the pizza uneaten on the table. We will not go back

Rating a four for my first time visit. I called my order in, a simple process and even though they deliver I was going into town anyway so I opted to pick it up. Pizzas were being made and it seemed as though they had more than a few call in orders. I mention that because the dining area and bar were empty. So I cannot base my rating on the dine in experience. The menu is short and sweet making selection and ordering easy and fast. Pricing seems average for our current economy. Let's get to the pizza. I like both thin and thick crust. Last night it was thin crust for me. I ordered the Uptown Deluxe large. I have to call out the sauce, not too sweet. Which I love. Plenty of toppings and the cheese melted just right. Thin crust was perfectly made. Not tough or burnt, it was just right. And then lastly, service was great. Super nice in taking my order and equally so on pick up. Will recommend.

this place is really crappy i would NOT recommend going there to eat. the people walk in and out a lot just to go smoke and they were like all stoned. there food was cold. i don't recommend going there at all. they service even asked they were slow and didn't bring us plates or forks so eat with are pizza.

I ordered food for pick up and when I got there employees were sitting outside smoking and when I went inside someone was asleep on the counter and I was told cash only because there system was broken, I've had good pizza there before but I don't know what happened now, unless things change I won't go back.

Pizza was good, but was told pick up in 25 minutes. It was over 1.5 hours. I wish I had brought a book while I waited! Note to the staff: acknowledge those who are waiting, give more accurate times, give discounts if over a certain amount of time for unexpected waits.

Person working the counter was constantly talking to himself and honestly seemed hopped up on something. We ordered at 5, was told 20 minutes and we arrived at 5:30, we didn’t receive our food until 6:25. Never going back here again.

Got into Tomah around 9pm. Went to about 4 different places and no one was serving anymore. Found UpTown pizza. Went to go in and door was locked with workers inside. She opened the door and said come on it. We were so greatful!! The pizza was one on the best we ever had. Would definitely go back.

Food was good! Our waitress was nice... The guy behind the counter was strange!!! He looked like he rolled his eyes when we first got there... I thought it was my imagination because I only asked if we were supposed to sit anywhere we wanted. During our whole meal he was yelling at someone on the phone and dropping F-bombs. It sounded like from the conversation he was having he had fraudulent activity on his credit card, but my boyfriend said it sounded like he was yelling at his girlfriend at one point. We joked that it was dinner and a show, but when I saw others wrote a review about him I thought I would too so the owners know he might be an issue to other guest. We thought it was funny ?

Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience. I’m not sure if Jason is unhappy with his place of work or if he does not like the general public, but he has VERY poor customer service skills. Jason acted like I was an inconvenience to his life and was bothered that I was in there purchasing pizza. I waited for a while for my pizza, and in the meantime, Jason was answering the phone and talking rudely to customers, he was being belligerent talking to himself, and making me feel very uncomfortable. When it was time for me to pay for my pizza, he informs me the card reader is not working. I had to leave to go get cash and upon returning and paying for the food, he slammed my change down on the table and proceeded to look at me with a very intense, awkward look. I probably won’t be returning to Uptown Pizza ever again, and I think Jason needs to rethink his career choice in customer service.
