Clean restaurant inside and out. Food delicious, hot fries. Tried the fish sandwich and would recommend it to anyone. We ate outside by the river. The seating area is set above a walking path. It was a lovely location. It was noisy due to the busy road nearby but didn't deter enjoying an outside meal on a warm, sunny day.

Again I gave DQ one more chance with the sauced and “tossed” honey BBQ chicken basket I should have known better. See picture below. There is a worker that understands the assignment. I ask for extra always, not to mention the sauce on the side is NOT the SAME!!!!!! The new owners also engaged in an angry stare down with me, over my hardly call this a light drizzle on a sunny day of BBQ. I am very aware!!! I feel your gaze!!! Money saved for me!!! But damn those fries!!!!

When we were younger and vacationing in the Tomahawk area we used to get to drive our boats once a week for Blizzards.

It's just a dairy queen so nothing extra ordinary but the blizzards are good and no complaints about the customer service.

Been going to this Dairy Queen for years and is a staple for the holidays and spending time down by the lake. Don’t forget to take the trail down by the water for a nice walk filled with some incredibly old trees :)

Store was incredibly busy. Staff was very fast. Had an error on our order. Within 30 seconds of knowing the worker brought my son an oreo blizzard. Thank you so much for your hard work and great customer service!

Service was prompt despite being busy. Food was done in less than ten minutes. Table was clean and the bathroom immaculate. A+

I went through the drive-through and ordered food, the person taking my order was impatient and rude! I didn’t even have time to think what I wanted to get! So I ordered a chz bgr meal. Asked me what I wanted to drink I was looking for the options and he loudly screamed the options at me so fast I could hardly understand him! That being said I forgot to order ranch! When I got to the window he took my card and shoved the drink at me so fast I almost dropped it. He ran my card before I even turned back around to ask for ranch. When I asked for ranch he said okay and proceeded to run my card again for a second charge of just ranch. Kinda absurd to run my card for just ranch so I told him no thx I’ll do without the ranch. Not a big deal that I was being charged for it but the fact that he could have told me that he does have to charge me for the ranch and ask if it was okay to run my card 2 times. Just poor customer service all around! The food itself was very good though!

The place was kinda dirty. The dining room, restrooms and drink bar were messy. The kitchen wall behind the window to front is black with filth and grease. The man working stood right in front of it playing with his phone.

Either lower the prices, or give more food. 51$ 2 cheeseburger meals, and a kids meal. That is sit down restaurant prices. My order of onion rings had 7 in it!!! Also at first didn't even give me my drinks that came with my meals. Also they charged me for 2 sides of ranch that I didn't even get. You are ripping people off big time. I WILL NOT BE BACK. Also people WILL know. I know when I'm being ripped off!!!

I ordered a 4pc chicken strip basket with a water to drink. One extra dipping sauce. It was almost $15!! Got my receipt at the window and super conveniently, no prices listed on it anywhere not even the total was printed on the receipt either. All it has was the food items I ordered. Not how much anything costed, or how much I spent in total. Whoever bought this Dairy Queen here in Tomahawk ruined it! The toast was so soggy I gagged biting into it. My boyfriend actually spit it out. It wasn’t a case of it did get toasted but condensation got the better of it. No, the bread was completely white. Never toasted, it was like bread pudding not even exaggerating. Fries were wayyyyy too salty I couldn’t eat them. Chicken strips were okay but more the size of chicken nuggets especially when I’m paying over $3/a tender with those new prices. If you want cheap chicken strips order from a local bar! They will taste better and save you a lot of money. The visit before this experience I’d again paid like $6 for a small “blizzard.” It was a cup of vanilla ice cream with the most laughable amount of topping I paid for. I will never return to this specific Dairy Queen, the new people who bought it ruined it. It’s terrible now, food is bad, service is bad, and price is bad. I actually will make sure to recommend people NOT go here moving forward 👍🏻

I ordered the same item I always get at every DQ..slush float.
Something was VERY off with theirs...the slush was mostly melted, not crunchy ice like everywhere else, and the consistency of the soft serve was mushy, not firm like it should be. I will NEVER return to this DQ.
I would have reported them to corporate for substandard quality, but could not find a link.
