The young man behind the counter was wonderful. Unfortunately, we couldn't get sprinkles out of them to save our lives!! We asked three times, asked for extra, and paid for extra but couldn't get even a normal sized portion out of them!! What gives?! Sprinkle shortage??

They're slow moving and rude. The staff typically looks at you like they expect you to know what they are thinking. You have to check your order is correct and typically it's pretty lax on quality- fries aren't full, ice cream isn't filled all the way- etc.I'm not sure if understaffed or what is going on here.

We stopped in there for ice cream but got 3 shakes...they weren't even busy. Service was ridiculously slow and massively unorganized.

Chicken strip basket, and bacon cheeseburger meal......excellent.
The older woman at the drive-thru was super rude. She kept telling me my total before I was even finished, and then ignored me when I tried to tell her I wasn't done. It was a challenge to get one chicken tender basket, let alone two and she wouldn't even let me talk long enough to add that I wanted a dilly bar as well. Super rushy to customers, should not taking orders.
