The server put salt in my lemonade and licked the patty of my burger and when I asked for extra sugar for my lemonade because it was horribly bitter he was a smart ass and brought me more salt packets. 👎

slowest mcdonald's i've ever been to. no minecraft movie happy meals even though its advertised. no sauce with nuggets or ketchup and mayonnaise as requested.

25 minutes in line at the drive thru, melted milkshake and asked the manager to remake the hot fudge sundae and she got mad like I was putting her out. What ever happened to fast friendly service. I won't be going there again.?

We pre-ordered breakfast through the app. Got to the drive-up window at 10:28a and were told they were no longer serving breakfast. (Apparently, ordering ahead of time didn't matter.)They literally turned us away, without refunding our money. For that, we were told we'd have to call headquarters. (Um, why?!) Called headquarters and they told us we'd need to call the Tomahawk store because they should have refunded the money when it happened. Fast forward a month and we're STILL trying to get our money back. Neither taking responsibility or doing the right thing. We will never eat at McDonald's again. It's not about the $18. It's about the principle. They literally stole money from us. INSANE!
